Although prices are good, they are REPEATEDLY sold out of basic items and foods. It’s a constant battle! And the deli NEVER has enough help. Never. The wait is always long. It’s usually a very frustrating trip to the store…

I have lived in the Wise County area for over 2 years now and of course Walmart is where I shop. Over the last 2 years of shopping at Walmart I have been disappointed every time I go. First off, the bathrooms are always filthy, it does not matter what time of day or night it is, it is always dirty. Also, the shelves are hardly stocked up and appears they never order enough products because when I grocery shop, I’m never able to buy everything on my list. I don’t bother to ask if they have anything coming out because most of the time the employees response is «I don’t know». More often than not I get a cashier who seems unhappy to be there, they do not greet me half the time and trying to price match is a nightmare! They have gone as far as to say that I’m trying to scam them out of money while looking at the actual ad themselves. I have recently started shopping at the Walmart in Haslet. I don’t like the fact that I have to drive over 20 miles being that there is a Walmart close to me but the Walmart in Decatur is just not worth it anymore.

There are always empty shelves week after week on multiple aisles. They obviously don’t know how to order the correct amount of a product. Maybe their inventory is off? There have been times where I’ve walked into that store and everything I needed was out of stock. Also, shelves are very rarely ever«fronted» or «zoned»(meaning product is pulled to the front of the shelf). This review holds true for a lot of departments, but grocery is the worst.

I certainly can’t recommend them as a place to buy lawn mowers. Evidently they don’t bother to take them inside, even when the weather is bad. Paid $ 187 for a mower that is rusted on the inside. Thanks for nothing.
