My husband and I rented a furnished apartment from TomKat properties. We were in a tough situation and they got us in an apt immediately with no hassle. The apartment was clean and decorated very tastefully. They worked with us and were more than fair considering our last minute arrangements. They were kind and helpful and always accommodating. Whenever we needed anything they were quick to respond and always respectful. Not only was it a pleasure to do business with them, they are good people. If you need a place to rent in the Decatur, Al area please call them! You will be happy you did!

This Mom-​and-​Pop shop is so accommodating and friendly, you’ll feel right at home. I had a summer internship and they were recommended for obvious reasons: flexible lease time periods, beautiful furniture, and quick maintenance. Tom and Kay will make sure you’re taken care of. It’s a special find and a silly opportunity to miss when looking for housing in the Decatur area.
