First of all let me start by saying that I will NEVER… EVER COME HERE IR RECOMMEND HIS PLACE TO ANYONE … The customer service is horrible and my lashes (individuals) lasted only 1 day. I sat and waited for an hour in a half. Then when it finally was my turn she kept stoping in the middle of doing my lashes to answer questions from a young Spanish girl who she was helping take some kinda test … I was in this place for over 2 hours. By the time I left I was so irritated and annoyed and on top of that my individuals that are supposed to last up to a week started falling out the very next day!!! Two hours for lashes and brows … Ridiculous!!! .this place is a hot ghetto mess and I will never go their again !!!

I don’t like how smart her mouth is. I came back because my lashes was loose at the end. Also, I wiped the fuller off from the eyebrow because I didnt like it. I guess she was offended and start saying «don’t you want a drink at the club». Lol honey I don’t use a lick of makeup at the club and will still pull baby!!! I ain’t ugly at all! I wanted a little hint of glam but you made me look like a ghetto clown. No wonder nobody be up in there. Good day!

Dee is truly a phenomenal artist and definitely deserves the title «Eyebrow Queen» not only is her talent superior but she also has such a warm demeanor that you instantly feel comfortable which is a plus when I am a customer. My eyebrows were is true need of some TLC and Dee has given me that and I am now hooked I will definitely be going back again and again.
