Horrible customer service. Dishonest employees. I bought a new iPhone 5 for $ 600 plus. Waited in line for 45 minutes during lunch to buy the phone and had to rush back to work so foolishly I did not fully inspect the phone. As soon I got back to work, I tried to set up the phone. The glass front was clearly defective and not fully attached to the body. Went back to the store to get a replacement within 2 hours of my purchase. They refused to replace it or repair it unless I paid a $ 175 service charge! They claimed their rep fully inspected the phone(not true) and that I had somehow damaged the phone. Had me call their 800 service number to voice my objection. Keep getting passed on to yet another department — all of which were unwilling to help. Finally, I called Apple who said T mobile was clearly in the wrong. When I explained what happened, they agreed to send me a new phone. Last time I buy anything from this store or any other branch of T Mobile.

Great service. The representative to ask jasmine Benjamin she is awesome. We came into the store to get a phone. she help us get the right plan, explained the billing process, tested the phone make sure it was working before we left. She is 100% through and very personable. she is AWESOME!
