Sabrina is awesome! She gave me the best haircut of my life and I wanted to be sure it wasn’t just a fluke so I went back. Same thing: great haircut!

Sabrina is excellent. She is very kind and professional. Just tell her what kind of style haircut. And then she makes you like a model.

Worked with Angel and she did a nice job and trimmed my beard. Did not have to wait long nor have to spend long in her chair. They have special sales on hair products.

Angel trimmed my back and sides beautifully and perfectly. She knows what she’s doing with a short, funky cut. Sabrina cut my son’s hair excellently as well. Thanks Ladies!

I’ve been coming here for years and I can’t justify ever going anywhere else. Perhaps it’s cuz I’m too cheap to pay over $ 20 for a haircut… I mean hell, I gotta get one every month, and that ish adds up! But honestly it’s because the stylists here are terrific, particularly Sabrina and Angel. They are fast and do a great job. I ask for a faux hawk cut that isn’t super straight that looks textured and messy and they nail it every time. Check out my pictures if you don’t believe me, my hair is awesome! They’re also great at building and maintaining rapport, which is often expected with stylists, but some are better than others, and these women are definitely good. Fact: Hair grows back. So give Supercuts a chance. Sabrina and Angel will take good care of you!

Melissa was awesome. I do not dye my hair or style it in any way. I just get it chopped or trimmed. Because of this I do not spend thousands a year at a salon. Super Cuts is the way to go for me. Melissa asked how I wanted my hair cut, listened, and executed it exactly as I asked. Not too short and took care of those ugly ends. Thank you and I will for sure be back.

A refugee from a high-priced«stylist,» I don’t think I’ll be going back. Been going here for probably 4 – 5 years now. I’m a guy who’s half bald and keeps his hair short. So my haircut’s not brain surgery. But, I also get my neck waxed here to reduce time wasted shaving my(hairy) neck between haircuts. They do a great job, especially for the price.(Probably half what the salons charge.) For the price of a cut and a wax, I still have plenty left over to tip my hair cutter and to buy myself something nice at Starbucks. The location(right next to my office) doesn’t hurt either. But, even if they weren’t nearby, I’d probably still go a little out of my way to get serviced here.

As Imani noted in her review, this Supercuts is in downtown Decatur, not Midtown. Located in the shopping plaza containing the CVS and Mellow Mushroom, finding a parking space in the lot shouldn’t be a problem. But watch out! There’s a security dude who patrols the lot, probably booting people who leave the lot on foot and then go elsewhere. Short-haired female that I am, I need to get my hair cut about every seven weeks or else I start to look like a shaggy dog. I’ve been going to the Emory Village Supercuts as of late, but this morning I had Decatur errands to do and decided to try out this location. I got there right as it opened at 10 am and handed the stylist, an African-American woman named Zenobia, a Word document with photos of a woman with an angled bob whose hair I’d like to have. 20 minutes and $ 14(+ $ 4 tip) later I no longer had the beginnings of a mullet yet still had a good chunk of hair left. Success! I know that one’s experience at cheapo hair salons like this greatly differs depending on the abilities of the stylist you happen to get and the hairstyle you’re hoping they give you, but Zenobia and I were a perfect match. She asked all the right questions about what I wanted my hair to look like when she was finished and the style towards which I’m slowly working, she did her job quickly and skillfully, and she didn’t make any unnecessary small talk(always a plus, as I’m a fairly quiet person). It’ll be a hard choice whether to go to the Emory Village or the Decatur Supercuts next time I need a trim.

Women hear me out o.k. I know you are probably paying too much for your haircut and you are thinking it is worth it to not have someone screw up your ‘do and I know the absolute terror that usually accompanies a trip to a new salon. But, you need to check this one Supercuts location out and save yourself enough money to go next door to Jazmin Spa and get a mani/pedi. I initially tried this place out after a far more expensive and emotionally distressing haircut and have been hooked ever since. I’ve rotated through a few stylists there as they kind of come and go, but it seems like they all know what they are doing and do it well. Honestly, you cannot feel good about paying $ 40(or more *sigh*) to get a trim — it’s just not right. If you sign up on the Supercuts site they will even mail you coupons AND you can get a card stamped with each visit to redeem for a free haircut after 12 visits(used to be 10). I cannot speak for the whole Supercuts chain, but this one location seems to have some good mojo attached to it. Don’t go there for the«experience» or the personalities(some stylists are as dry as unbuttered toast), just go there to get a good, affordable haircut when you want it. The location is in the CVS shopping center in downtown Decatur, next to the aforementioned Jazmin Spa(which does a good, though kind of overpriced brow wax, in addition to other services).
