Sonic Drive-In

Before yesterday it had been about ten years since I had food from another decatur or atlanta location because at one on moreland drive had a manager picking his nose with such intensity as he watch others work. Secondly, the taste and the quality of the food is inconsistent. Yesterday, I had a sonics jr. deluxe cheeseburger, which were not made to order the employees said. The beef patty does not fit the bun, the pickles or lettuce were bitter. The cheese on some of the 5 ordered burgers was not melted. All of the burgers were warm close to cold. Not even 5 minutes passed before calling sonics to speak to a manager who had to tell the teen workers to be quiet so she could hear me. Sadly, I ordered another first: a chocolate milkshake and a vanilla for someone else. The milkshakes should be called science shakes because the topping is not cream or all cream. They were not identifiable so I tasted both, and thought the chocolate was vanilla. Do not waste your time or money. I will not return since this store does not hire people who want to work but socialize and mess up orders. The cashier trashed two shakes while preparing the two of my order. Checkers is right next to sonics or go eleswhere. DON’T EAT AT THE POPEYES ACROSS THE STREET.

Fast food joint where you pull up and order and they bring out your food to you. Mainly burgers, but famous for shakes and slushies. My experience here has been good. Good customer service, prompt, and correct order. I love the slushies and occasionally add the energy shot.

Terrible. Epic fail. Waited in line for 23 minutes for 1 drink. ONE DRINK. Then we finally get to the drive up window and the employee dropped my money so I had to drive up… get out… pick up the money… then wait another 2 min for my drink. Yea. NEVER. GOING. BACK.

Great customer service, but my bun was hard as a rock.
