I had a pretty terrible four night stay here. I will definitely never stay here again, and I recommend others to avoid it unless you just need a place to sleep by IS72 and are against the cheaper motels in the area. Started in one room(smelled like smoke even though it was nominally non-smoking) where the shower was broken and the tub faucet couldn’t redirect the flow to the shower head. I then swapped rooms down the hall because they couldn’t fix the problem. Turns out this room’s shower was just as bad! I didn’t even bother trying to switch again. Later that day I realized I had left my razor in the shower of the original room, so I went to the front desk and found that they had put someone in the room already(even though they knew the shower was broken!). Come to find out maintenance had tossed out my nice razor to boot. Just to make matters even worse: a few BLACKCOCKROACHES were in the second room. I keep checking the clothes in my suitcase to make sure I didn’t take a few stow-aways with me. The printer never worked in the«business center», so you had to print behind the front desk. The computers don’t have microsoft word(!) so you have to pdf everything on your laptop before you can even think about printing. After dealing with this once I needed to print another document so I went directly to the front desk which was not busy at the time. The woman told me that she wasn’t sure if the printer had been fized yet, so I was to try the business center before trying to print at the desk. I spent the next 15 minutes fighting with their incredibly slow computer before confirming that they still had not fixed the printer. Got back to the front desk and two people were in line to get help. What should have been a five minute quick print was turning into a 45 minute ordeal. I gave up on the possibility of getting anything printed there. Final point. The breakfast is OK for one day: biscuits and gravy with sausage patties and waffles. However, after two days of the same thing it gets really really old. They need to cycle through a few different options for people that stay more than one day.

Very friendly front desk staff. Clean, quiet and a great value for the money. A slight tobacco smell in the common areas holds me back from giving five stars. Now let me get back to my movie, junk food and king bed!

For the price, the room was very comfortable. Soft sheets and pillows, plenty of channels on the TV, microwave, and mini fridge were very nice. I loved the indoor pool and especially the hot tub! The pool towels are pretty chintzy, so I’d go ahead and bring your room towel and ask for extras to refill your room. Free wireless internet. Our shower was dripping and the floor was wet when we checked in, but that’s not a huge deal. The hot breakfast was just ok. The waffles take a while to do, so I’d go at odd hours if you want waffles. Otherwise, your main choice is biscuits and gravy, but I wouldn’t recommend them. The gravy is kept in a large crock pot, and we watched them dump a can of gravy in when the crock pot got low — not even sure the gravy they dumped in was warm.

OK — the extra star is on loan as they finish a redo on the hotel — done by around Aug 15, 11 — May become a Comfort Suites afterward — stayed in a newly redone king semi suite — nice room and bed. Always had good service here — breakfast is just ok. Historically a three star rating but worked for our short visits. Like the free WIFI.
