Pizza Hut

I don’t usually expect a whole lot from fast food pizza, but this was ridiculous. It was about 2 hours before we got our pizzas, and mine came completely wrong. I ordered extra salami and got less than the regular amount and was not given the garlic crust I had ordered either. Even though they actually got the hand tossed part right, the crust was tough and stale and had an «off» taste. It’s sad I can just go to little Caesars and get better quality pizzas

I don’t usually leave negative comments for businesses but I’ve really lost my patience with this place. I’ve been ordering from this location for over a year now as I live in the neighborhood. Now I can understand an unpleasant visit here and there. We are human. However, when I start feeling like each visit poses a problem… you get the idea. I’ve had my orders messed up. I’ve had parts of my order be missing. One time my entire order literally just disappeared. Not sure if it was even prepared to begin with. Tonight I placed a future order that was scheduled for pickup at 7. So I got there at 6:55 expecting to go ahead and pay for my food, get it fresh out the oven, and go home to relax after a long week. NOT. The cashier at drive thru said it’d be ready in 5 minutes. Yea right. At 7:15 she comes out and asks my name again then says she’s sorry… Um yea. Then she comes out at 7:20 with my pizza. If you’re wondering, no it wasn’t piping hot and one of the pizzas were burnt. I’m done. I’d be better off just driving to another restaurant. Too many mixups for me.

Doesnt even deserve star… they failed to credit me for pizzas i ordered and received on 3 hour delay after promising to do so when they arrived. Their pizzas were sloppily made and wrong. The last order i made was carryout, i picked it up and brought it home before opening box. The pizza had a urine and hazelnut scent about it and looked to be stepped on or something dropped on it as it was missing half the ingredients on one side. I was told to come back to them and return it but i couldnt due to my ride not taking me and its all just as well because i dont trust anything from there… ive escalated complaint. Ive saved the rotting pizza still not eaten and intend to use as evidence as i escalate this complaint.
