NASTY! Dead UNKNOWN Insect FOUND COOKED INSIDE MCDONALD’S Breakfast Sandwich. I was already eating the sandwich! Franchise has humiliated, belittled, and demoralized me by offering me a few dollars as a «customer service gesture». I have a debilitating, and life threatening immune disease, and got sick from the sandwich. Company refuses to pay doctors bills or pain & suffering. I am NOT «loving it». Food is always prepared right when I’m at the drive thru! No complaints here! The food, actually looks like how they are advertised!

I ordered a breakfast meal which as I’ve heard on multiple radio commercials if you order a combo you get any size drink for a dollar. I pull up to the window and the worker hands me a children’s size drink! I ask her if she could please change it to a medium and she rolled her eyes at me!!! I always have rude service here and I am always polite. the food quality doesn’t compare to other McDonald’s also. don’t go here!!!

A roach walked across the table at breakfast and briefly onto my dad’s hand before he flung it on the floor and my mom stepped on it. We left it on the floor.

So I decided to use the McDonald’s coupons I received in the mail. I am not an actual fan of the chain, but there are a few things I like. The hot chocolate, the oatmeal, and maybe a soda if I’m really thirsty and they are on sale. Anyway, today was a hot chocolate morning and I went through the drive thru to get service. After being rushed to pay and move to the next window, I got my cup and pulled off. I was so put off by the taste that I had to pull over before I wrecked my car. These crazy people rushed me so fast that they must have forgotten to put the darn chocolate in the drink. They gave me a cup full of hot milk. What the heezy? If it wasn’t for me turning around and getting the manager to switch my cup out, I would have given this place a big fat zero (if that’s possible). The manager explained that they recently hired some new people and in their haste must have just goofed. Whatever!
