Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

Krispy Kreme is in Atlanta icon so I stopped in to get a donut and some coffee. I asked to use my cup, to help the environment and was told that Krispy Kreme policy is to pour it in a Styrofoam cup behind the counter and then poured into my cup. Bad for you Krispy Kreme. Creating waste.

I give this Krispy Kream a four star. Could have gotten a five if I didn’t have to wait so long. Over all this is a very nice place. The staff we’re smiling and had a great attitude. This is just what I look for in customer service.

My partner had to repeat the order twice at the ordering station (all we wanted was a dozen doughnuts — 9 glazed, 3 asst.), they were out of the asst. we asked for so we settled for something else (& it was only 10 in the morning), when we drove up to pay, the cashier confirmed an order with coffees and things we never asked for, order was then asked to be repeated a THIRD time. She handed us a box & we drive off already pretty irritated. Then when we got home and opened it, it was an entirely different order than what we asked for! First and last time we will go there!

Great KRISPY KREME! The best KK in Atlanta period. Very clean. Great service. Wonderful staff. Fresh hot donuts almost always. This Krispy Kreme is really outstanding in every way!

Customer Service sometimes be off at the Drive thru. Also stop running out of Apple Fritters, because I need that fix!!!

First and last visit!!! How can you be out of your flagship doughnut? The cashier waited until I ordered the assorted dozen before informing the customer that they were out of glazed. And to make matters worse, the doughnuts are saturated in sugar. What a waste of time to drive from Lithonia to this poor excuse of a Krispy Kreme. I will spend my money in Lilburn.

The customer service at the Wesley Chapel location is horrible. On my visit tonight they were spending more time talking about pay rates than helping customers. The server had crumbs on her mouth and there was not a hairnet in sight. They were talking and laughing over the doughnuts! Very unprofessional. These are things you miss when you don’t go inside. This will be my LAST visit to this location.

In ordered the donut holes, one glazed donut and the cookie dough donut. The donut holes were really good and tasted better than the original donut. The cookie dough filing tasted good but i wish it was a real filling like inside the donut, not just in the donut hole. Pretty good, just hope that if I go back I can try some of fresh donuts.

I’ve been there twice and they were out of glaze both times. The cashier acted as if she was completely surprised that anyone would be upset AND another associate opened the back door with a cigarette in one hand and donuts in another. Not a good visit — either one.

i waited 25 mins in a drive thru line wrapped around the building to get cold hard doughnuts, i have never been served cold doughnuts at kk. complete waste of time if i want cold doughnuts i would go to the kroger or publix and save 30mins thanks for nothing. go dunkin donuts
