While their prices won’t break the bank, my experience of their food was even lower than the prices. I came in and ordered to go – linguine salmone + bread. I got home to find that they had not included my bread(only was upset because it was an up-charge). Beyond the missing bread, the linguine was clumped together as though it had gotten too cold and the sauce was practically missing as the pasta absorbed the most of it. The salmon was VERY dry and I even found a couple of bones. Overall, less than pleased. The staff was very friendly but for me, the execution counts more than the delivery.

My first time here. I stopped to get a quick bite before class. I had the arugula salad and soup. The food was very tasty and the service was great. I would definitely return.

I checked reviews on Unilocal and thought something much different when I got there. Although the the staff was very nice, they were not very attentive, even though the place was empty. I had to get up and find silverware on my own. I had to flag her down for a refill. The meatballs were a good size and priced well, but they lacked flavor. The linguini was clumped together and packed, as if it had been sitting for a while. The ragu was a decent taste but was cold. And, why have bread, oil and pepper on the table when you have no plates to mix the oil??? They never came back with a bread refill either. Again, the place was empty. Personally, I would not return purposely, but it was a decent quick fast food place.

I went here with my grandmother and her fiancé as we prepared for a half marathon together(bless her heart). The food: The main item pasta dishes were rather delectable. I mean they weren’t exactly hand made Pasta but they were well seasoned, well made, and rather excitingly seasoned. But beyond the pasta, everything was meh… so so at best. The salmon or mushroom pasted snacks were rather blah and I can’t believe I wasted 3 dollars or so on them. Seriously… cold bread? For a pasta place? Really? At least they had really amazing Olive oil, sea salt, and most of all very decorative pepper shakers. The décor: The décor was interesting, full of light with a bizarre version faux rustic. The service: The servers were really friendly and helpful(I mean they had no problem giving more than one serving of bread). Oh and yes… there is parking strangely(for the ATL area).

Pretty great atmosphere! The service was a little slow, but the food was worth it. Lots of vegetarian options. Ordered Prosciutto Sandwich, it was a little dry so suggest putting some extra sauce on it.

Eating in at Figo? Bread is free. Taking out? Bread is $ 0.75. I asked for an explanation and was told«We charge because some takeout customers want more bread»? Huh???

I thought the food was good… the portion was somewhat smaller. I loved that they had the gluten free option and some vegan friendly sauce as well.

I love Figo no matter the location. This one is small but has a great patio. The food is consistently good and a good value. What more could you want? Figo is an Atlanta staple chain with a working formula of fresh pasta and delicious sauces. I love the calamari with fried jalapeños and lemon slices… that dill dipping sauce is so damn good. I am a huge fan of the Zucca and the Panninis

I absolutely have nothing but positive comments about this place. The customer service is impeccable. The food is very good. Especially the Lasagne and the Spinach/Ricotta Ravioli with Checca. The only thing I would do differently, is warm the bread. Otherwise, very close to perfect.

Always call this location before going because they are always out of something. Once it was mozzarella…

Do not get the gnocchi… It was like mashed potatoes it was so overcooked. Each bite was like wet gum/paste. Disgusting. I ordered it for take-out and was very sad when I got home. I’ve had the ravioli here before and it was pretty good. Don’t know what they are thinking on that gnocchi.

Another one of my favorite places to stop in for lunch. They are usually pretty fast with the service. The lunch special is well priced and easy to order. The only set back that happens some times is they are out of items. Apparently the coconut ginger soup is something that is prepared and sent to the location so they do not make it in house. This was a little off setting for me, but it still has always tasted well when I have order. Usually I will get the four cheese sauce with fussili, it holds the sauce on the pasta well with all the twist. I am also a fan of the cappresse salad. It is a great mouth watering zing of flavors and fresh ingredients. It is a place worth stopping by for a pleasant disconnect from the busy work day lunch break. One caution I would say is the to go order do not always have items correct when picked up and they often forget to send bread and motz.

I went here on my lunch break and paid 17 buck for 6 raviolis and shrimp. I wanted to cry when I opened up the to go bowl. It was literally like a appetizer. The food was mediocre. I’m beyond extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend my co workers. Two stars for the good customer service.

It almost pains me to only give FIGO3 stars. This use to be my go-to favorite place to eat whenever I visited Decatur; however, it is just not as good as it used to be. I always get the Checca Fiorentina with either fusilli or rigatoni pasta. This time the pasta was overcooked and the quality of the mozzarella was just not as good as it use to be. Their wine selection is limited and the desserts were just ok. On the positive side, they have added a cover to the outdoor seating so you can sit outside even when it is raining(which we did). They are also under new management/ownership(we met the new guy) so hopefully he can bring FIGO back to it’s original quality.

Deeeelicious. So many options. Portions aren’t overwhelming, so you don’t leave feeling bloated/regretful. Staff is always friendly and patient as I carefully consider all options. Artichoke ravioli with pesto? You need to just put on some pants and head over for that right now.

Came here with a couple friends last Friday for dinner. I think there was only one other table there, which I thought was odd for peak dinner time. But it was also raining, so maybe that kept people home? I was intrigued at first by the«build your own pasta» option, which is a kind of model a lot of places are going with these days. But I ended up being a little disappointed. I was hoping I could choose my pasta, then my sauce, then my meat, if I wanted any. But it was just pasta then sauce — some of which had meat, but most of which didn’t. I didn’t actually realize any of them had meat until I was quite a ways through the list. They were not organized by meat, which could’ve been helpful. It didn’t seem to be organized in any fashion whatsoever; although I found out later that all the cream based sauces were at the end. Could’ve been useful to have that called out. Although all the tomato-based sauces weren’t together(and the menu was very heavy on these, BTW). Anyway, I really wanted a cream or pesto sauce, and since they were out of pesto, I went with the funghi sauce. None of the cream or pesto sauces came with meat, so i asked if I could add some. They said yes, but only chicken, fish, or shrimp I think it was. There were other meats on the menu though, but they couldn’t be added. Guess they just make all of that meat into specific sauces. Seemed a little odd, but whatever. So after taking quite some time to order, I got my fettuccine with funghi sauce and chicken. It was good, and while it wasn’t expensive, it was a little much for an order at the counter place, with a moderately sized serving. The food was good though, not remarkable. IMO the menu could be organized a little more efficiently, but not a huge deal.

This location has been open for very long time. Generally we don’t enjoy this concept but we really love this location. We have been there so many times and it is solid food. Love their salads and pastas. Service is always pleasant as well.

More disgusting tales from this dump called FIGO: So my friend didn’t believe how terrible this place was. She was not convinced about the hot garbage they shovel onto plates and charge money for. She had to see this shit show for herself and man, did she get an eyeful. She went last night and was totally grossed out! Not only was the service still terrible and rude and slow, but the food disgusting and a HAIR was in her salad AND there were human feces smeared in the bathroom and evidence of roach droppings as well. The owner is a complete liar and shyster, told us they’d refund the money we spent on this horrible crap and it’s been two months and still nothing — no call, no email, nothing. Completely shady untrustworthy and for cryin’ out loud — DON’T EATHERE! So, to recap: Bad food Bad service Filthy conditions Roaches Complete liars as management to handle PR Sounds like a winning combination to me!

I actually love this place so much that I rarely go there. Too dangerous. They make fried cheese, only it’s in pizza crust and not batter. Hnnnggggg. So good. I usually get crab ravioli with lemon pecorino cream sauce, and it’s so good you’ll lick the plate. And then your friend Adam will too. They give focaccia out, but it’s usually room temp and kinda dry. The olive oil on the table helps, and I usually end up eating the bread with some oil and copious pepper.(see? Dangerous) The staff is always nice, it’s usually not crowded, and the price is decent. I’d prefer cheaper for an order-at-the-front type place, but the food is very tasty so I ain’t mad at ‘em.
