The Home Depot

Not my usual hardware store and so I am not used to the layout. If I am by this location and need something then I will stop in just for something different is the garden area. I have a hard time finding someone to help but when I do they know there stuff.

The staff at times can be light in this store, but they are always very friendly and will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. Great service & selection. I do many of my own renovation projects and purchase a large amount of materials from this Home Depot. The store is always well organized and clean. The self check out area is always super quick and easy to check out of for smaller orders

All check out areas but one are now self checkout. This is problematic for military veterans who have to show their IDs to get discounts. It also says that Home Depot isn’t interested in interaction with their customers. What a shame. We won’t be going back there.

Worst experience ever! Bought a ceiling fan which when I got home was missing pieces and you could tell was previously installed. I didn’t have my receipt and the lady basically tried to accuse me of stealing. I told her I will never shop at Home Depot again this is too many bad instances with this placeZ

I recently went in there to add on to the outdoor lighting we bought from them years ago and that isn’t available at the much closer Lowes. I couldn’t believe how helpful and nice the employees are. Every one I passed said something to us from can we help to thanks for shopping with us today. One very nice guy who showed my husband where the outdoor lighting was and answered some questions for us waited around while we were arguing aesthetics! We finally said you don’t have to stay, you have answered all our questions; we just need to decide on what style. I can’t believe the turn around. We think we will be making the drive more often especially after a subsequent trip to Lowes we couldn’t get any help to save our lives.
