Sparkling Pro Cleaning Service

No Stars– I too purchased a voucher from livingsocial back in June 2011– after several times of calling to try to get an appointment, message after message– I was able to speak to someone and they said they was so busy that they would put me on the «waiting list «and still honor the voucher eventhough it was expired– after not hearing back for several months I called Livingsocial who called them and got on the phone where there again they would honor it and would call me once they had an open– never did!!!
Now reading all these other complaints and seeing their «F» rating on the BBB– I wish I wouldn’t had invested … wasted my money!
I would not trust them in my house now even if they could schedule me!

My Experience with Sparkling Pro Cleaning Service was very bad. The company must not have appropriately prepared for their Groupon sales volume, because they were unable to schedule me for over a month when I called. Customer service on the phone was awful with the workers giving a lot of attitude.
The cleaners who came to my place (late) were very friendly, but they worked slowly. Though I had a 3 hour cleaning session scheduled, only a handful of rooms were cleaned.
Definitely would not recommend to others.

I received a Living Social voucher in November for house cleaning from Sparkling Pro.
When I tried to call them to schedule, it took over a week for them to return
my call, and then they would not book me until December.
When I called them to schedule cleaning in December, they set up an appointment, then canceled the morning of the appointment. When I asked if we could reschedule while they were on the line with me, they told me I had to call back.
I spent another two weeks of phone tag to get an appointment in January. They canceled that one too.
I’ve been trying to reach them to schedule again since then, and they’ve stopped returning my calls. I wish I could tell you how they do as a cleaning service, but everything I’ve seen tells me you’d be lucky just to get them to show up.
