Stay away if you want your dog to look like a YOUR dog when he/​she leaves. I brought my two dogs to them that are the same breed and they left looking like two different breeds. There was obviously no attention to detail while grooming my pets. When this was addressed with the owner, he said they looked fine and did not even consider taking responsibility for the poor outcomes. Customer satisfaction or professionalism are definitely not a priority at Sham-​Poochies! If you love your pet and are looking for quality service… please take my advice and look elsewhere.

I like ShamPoochies and so does my dog. She’s groomed by Eddie who really does a great job and listens to how I’d like her to look. She smells great for weeks, which isn’t the case at other places. Also they aren’t expensive and usual have openings on short notice.
