That guy is not exaggerating, this place is horrible. Sad part is that it has the potential to be a great restaurant, it’s in an amazing location. Obviously there is very little management in the evening because service and food really sucks. Save yourself the headache and go to Rally’s across the street.

Disgusting, nasty & dirty food!!!
My Big mac’s patty was dry, cold, and tasted like possum’s balls!
Buns were dry & hard like plastic.
My french fries was so bad I had to throw it all in the trash!
How the hell you screw up french fries! It tasted like it was sprayed with WD-​40.
That aside, service is bad and dumb.
I ordered at drive through and asked for a Big Mac meal with a milkshake instead of the soda.
The retard girl charged my card for both soda & milkshake.
I asked the worker girl why was I charged for 2 drinks, she mumbled something that did not make much sense instead of giving me my money back.
I had to get inside and waste my time for the matter of principal.
Bad Food.
Bad Service.
Bad Area.
If you consider going to this branch, then just skip it and go elsewhere. There are so many other and better cheap options around.
