I had my roof replaced by this company in 2014, they did an excellent job and the best part is they worked with my insurance company to cover almost all of the costs. I had no idea I had damage so I was very appreciated. I researched them extensively and although they have a few bad reviews here and there I felt they were up front about being fully licensed and insured (which they were) I checked and they did not ask for any money up front. Overall a good experience.

Cold called (violating Do Not Call list) about inspecting roof for hail damage. Agreed to a «free assessment». Representative showed up, did not want to go on roof, and when asked for references refused to provide them and left.

The worst customer service ever!!! The 30 year roof I had installed started leaking after 7 years! Even though the warranty had expired I contacted them for an estimate to repair the problem. Despite promises via e-​mail to «come out soon» to give me an estimate it has been weeks with no follow through.
