WHOO! THESE PRICES BITE!
This little antique shop is located in downtown Dawsonville. I always enjoy visiting local furniture stores when I am in town for festivals because you just never know what you will find. This particular store had mostly furniture items placed in several rooms. I felt that the prices were a bit high for the quality of the pieces and the area. Now, I don’t know if these were «festival» prices or everyday prices but several, (not all), of the price tags gave me pause.
If you are looking for antiques, it is an option but I would prefer to just drive up to Dahlonega for great selection and pricing.

I am really impressed with this shop. They are stocked with actual antiques instead of the junk one usually finds in so called antique shops across North Georgia. The shop isn’t so cluttered that you can’t see what they have. There is a nice selection of items that one does not usually see, like barber shop implements. This was my first visit and while I did not make a purchase today, I plan on doing so soon.
