AML Computer Services

Dropped off my iPhone 6 with a shattered screen and had in back in 30 min. Pretty dang good service by any standard. If you need that kind of repair, then be comfortable they can handle it. This is the 3^rd time I have used them, and they’ve come up from what I would have given them prior (3 Stars) to 4 and now 5 stars.

Great service. The third time I’ve have to come here with three different products. I have had two iPad screen and one iPhone screen replaced here. The price is right and he the service is fast. As far as the negative comment I saw on here I have never experienced that here. I will continue to proved this company with business as log as my boys keep breaking my apple products (that all have life proof and otter cases on them). The gentlemen at this store always greet me with a smile and entertain any questions I may have. Thanks AML for local, quality service at a reasonable price.

I have been using AML for all my computer issues with my business for a couple of years now. They help me on the phone and will drop everything and come out to my business to trouble shoot, set up networks, and get me up and running. I have used them for virus removal, rebuilds, and just general questions as I am not a computer person. THEY ARE! They know their stuff and I trust them with my business.

Very unprofessional. Will not ever do business with AML. I do not recommend AML Computer Services. They wiped out everything in my computer, which in turn I lost hundreds of dollars of software and priceless files. I paid for anti-​virus, and the one that was downloaded onto my computer was a free trail! I paid AML $ 100.00 for a free trial and they told me it was an anti-​virus that would last a lifetime and could be transferred to another computer when needed! I demanded a «Real» anti-​virus be installed and it’s just another cheap one that is already asking to upgrade and renewal. The owner is very rude, and if you voice your experience, the owner, will come after you and harass you relentlessly. He has called me childish names as well as a lair. In retaliation on me giving AML 1 star without a written review on another site. He then published a bad review on one of my businesses and has never used my services!

I’m giving one star because you can’t give ZERO. I got belittled by the three young men working at this company, today. I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. I got called a «jerk», verbatim, by the Hispanic young man that was taking my credit card and he called me this because I wanted to check my phone out and make sure the repair was done since I am paying for it. I am very upset with the way I was spoken to. I’d pay twice as much to go somewhere and get talked to with respect. Terrible customer service! The worst I’ve ever experienced!
