Gem in the rough. No frills kinda place. Mostly all locals with southern hospitality. Diet Rite and RC on tap. Fried chicken isn’t huge but super crispy, moist and not greasy. Cheeseburgers are awesome and cheap. Soft bun, a really burger patty not frozen and thin. And… super cheap.

Stopped here for dinner. Lots of locals inside which is a good sign.
I got fried chicken, beets, green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, big old hunk of cornbread, sweet tea, and a slice of chess pie.
Everything was good.
Friendly waitress, quick service, and good food.
Everything I was looking for.

Stopped here on the way to Land Between The Lakes. Good food, great service. Fried chicken, cheeseburgers, kids meals all came out quick and hot. Very reasonably priced. Pie was awesome too!

Great place to stop in for lunch enjoyed the lunch special, I had the fish and chocolate pie for dessert. Very good.

Very surprised by this place.
We were driving through & decided to take a chance on this restaurant.
We are so glad we did!
The fried chicken was super crispy & not greasy. Mashed potatoes are real & not powder.
We also tried chess pie which was just like my Grandmother use to make.
Very pleased with the service as well. We went on a Sunday & it was packed but we were swiftly waited on.
Prices are great portions are big.
