My last three visits to Radio Shack have been awesome. Today was especially great! I got a new Sprint Phone (way better customer service than the Sprint store on Russell Blvd.) and the customer service reps who helped me out went out of their way to make it a stress free experience and help me meet my goals for a totally new service plan which covered every base to meet my needs. I am wary of salespeople who try to get me on the hook for inflated data plans after so many Sprint sales reps have done this to me over the years. These employees were totally straightforward. Thanks so much Radio Shack!

Excellent customer service! The woman got me just what i needed and didn’t push more. I’d said i was on a budget and she helped me find what i needed in my price range after calling around, and friendly the whole time.

I was looking at the Davis AT&T store for a locked replacement cell phone but they didn’t have the model I wanted. I went to a couple of cell phone stores, Target and even Walmart in Woodland without success. Actually, The Shack has a very nice selection of phones for a couple of carriers. They sell exactly the same phone makes everyone else does. They had the model I wanted in stock. The prices were very good, both for the phone and a new SD card. Service was excellent.
I also bought a handful of inexpensive LEDs there a few months ago. I’m liking this store again, especially so because the current staff is so good.

Not very helpful staff. I went to look at different phones, and they only have the fake phones, so you cannot see how the phones actually work.

This is a pretty standard RadioShack, but on the small side so the selection is limited. Know what you need before you come in because the staff aren’t very knowledgeable but they are nice enough. Nice when you don’t want to make the trip to Woodland to go to a bigger store and what you need isn’t really Target material.

its a radioshack so what do you expect? has your basic electronic needs but doesn’t have everything. So before you go in, call in and ask them about what you need.

Have not found this radio shack to be very well stocked or their staff to be overly knowledgeable. They are agreeable enough though. Pretty good customer service. This just may not be the one you want to go to if your looking for technical advice on your wiring nightmare.

I hate electronic stores, but I walked in here told the man standing there waiting to help me what I wanted. He showed me where they were, and gave me tips on what models I needed and things I needed to get with them. I got a wireless router and an adapter for my TV in under 10 min and $ 80. Everything is working great!

Some of you are probably saying, «Five reviews in one day? Is Hunter G. made of money or something?» Well if you must know, I was recently a ten thousandaire for a brief period and in true ten thousandaire fashion I went around town dropping money like it was hot. Actually, read the reviews again. In two of the places I hit the clearance racks, one I dumped off a bunch of stuff, and another was actually a dump. But not here. I paid FULL price for a garage door opener battery. I’m surprised they actually had it in stock though.
Remember when you could go into a Radio Shack and buy all the stuff you needed to build your own radio? They have sort of changed their focus now. It’s still where I think to go when I need something electronic but I’m finding myself heading off to Fry’s more often.

Back in the day this is where you’d get your computer and electronics shwag since Davis doesn’t have anything crazy and frustrating like Fry’s.
