Pizza Guys has great food and what I love most is their Nutella Bites! I order for delivery often and my fav guy is Ivan, he’s always on time and provides great service! Happy tips will continue his and Pizza Guys’ way!

I ordered online and they say it takes the most of 45 min. That means the pizza should have been here at 6:35. I called to see what the status of my order was and they said it was on its way. Well I didn’t get it till 6:55 because she was sitting in her car on the phone the whole time. #pregnantwomen

Really mediocre pizza. Boyfriend and I had a lazy afternoon and slept in all day, so we decided to order a pizza for togo. Literally, I had pizza guy ad coupons from the week before, but they were sadly thrown out. So the pricing was a little bit high. $ 32 ish then $ 5 tip… Ordered their specialty garlic chicken pizza and side of their bacon breadstick things. The whole order was going to take 45 minutes, holy cow… we should have just picked it up, but we were lazy.
The pizza just did not look appetizing, more like a kids fake pizza dough kit that kids can bake in their easy bake oven… Taste was okay, reminded me of rubber a bit? Breadsticks were all right, my second time having them. Ranch makes everything taste better though, looool.
Next time, Im going to stick with just Hawaiian pizza as made from my friend who works from another Pizza guys location in Sac and have the ad coupons on hand. Way cheaper deals, but little olé me can’t finish an xl or medium pizza deal by herself looool.

I get pizza delivered about once a month. I usually get a large with chicken wings. I’ve gotten pepperoni, combo, chicken garlic. All tasted good, I was happy. The hot wings are hot! The buffalo wings are too mild. I wish their were a middle ground. The delivery guy is almost always the same guy. I feel bad, I should know his name by now. It usually gets here pretty quickly. I am overall really happy with pizza guys and will continue to order. I do usually check online for any coupons and order online for the deals.

Ordered a customized small pizza because eat24 was having a promotional discount during the GOP debate. Received $ 5 off my order so my total came out to $ 7. Original price for just the small pizza would have been $ 12. I didn’t expect the pizza to be that small but with the check in offer for free ice cream, it was worth it I guess. Still a bit pricy in my opinion.
I got a thin crust pizza with white garlic sauce, pineapple, mushroom, and bacon. Pizza crust wasn’t as thin as I was hoping it to be but overall it tasted okay. The crust could have used more flavor though. If I were to compare this to Dominos, I would pick Dominos over this anyday.
Giving this place only 3 stars because pizza was just okay. Also service was slow and not attentive. Amongst walking in for pick-​up after 20 minutes since placing the order, my BF and I were not greeted by any of the 4 workers there. Would I order from here again price wise? Probably not. I’m sticking to Dominos. Sorry!

I come here most often for pizza and chess bread. The pizza are so good, and a lot mushroom, bell pepper. Service are really good and quick. The stuff are so friends and nice. I come again and again :)

Their pizza is really delicious and yummy~ the price is also reasonable and decent! The only thing that you need to be careful is the phone ordering service.
Last time I used phone ordering to order a pizza and I was worried about my pronunciation is no clear enough. So I even spell the name to them. However, when I came to pick it up, they massed up my order and they asked me to wait for another 20 mins. I was kinda upset because I was hungry and I did not expect to wait there for another 20 mins. I was a little bit disappointed because I have repeated my order so many times on the phone, and yet they still made the wrong one. Also, they didn’t seem to be sorry for making the wrong order.
Pizza is worth four stars, but the service is not okay
Well, they reached out to me and address this issue properly. I am glad that they take their business seriously. With this kind of service, it is worth five stars!

First time getting pizza here and I gotta say I’m really happy about the customer service/​food. There was a tiny mix up with the payment but all in all my pizza craving was satisfied.

Their Bacon Cheeezeee bread is what I usually get. Pretty heavy stuff, but probably the best one out of the list of Cheezee bread. Marinara sauce is a must. Their Specialty Hawaiian Pizza is my go-​to here. Delivery is pretty fast most of the time.
I had to dock a stars for food handler code purposes. One time, I went to pick-​up at this location and the worker had a vine of grapes in her hands (and chewing a few in her mouth) as she proceeded to take an order out of the oven. It may be more sanitary if she had washed her hands in between eating and engaging with food that customers buy. It concerns me that there could be cross-​contamination.
TIP #1: Don’t forget to ask for a free pint of ice cream during your $ 15 orders! (applies to online, delivery or in-​store ordering)
TIP #2: Look up online for promo codes for online ordering, don’t pay full price!

I came in last week for a pizza and a girl named zekela helped me she was nice and very helpful this was my first time there… On my way out a gentleman brought out the pizza and told me I can have a free soda this place was just awesome everyone is super friendly and happy especially Vova…

Tonight is the second time I have ordered from Pizza Guys for a study night. First of all, it is super cool that you can order online! I already had the EAT24 app but I like that you can track the status of your order through the app or via email confirmation. Super easy and love that their full menu is online.
Both times took about 45 minutes to get to my house. Estimated time is 45 – 60 minutes. Ordered combo pizza and it was super good! We all really liked it considering it is delivery. 12 slices in the large! Both delivery guys were very nice.
Good experience both times, plan to continue ordering from them in the future!

Zeke is very helpful! As always this pizza guys has great service. The workers are always very helpful, today zeke was upfront and he didn’t drop the ball at all. The place is very clean, a great enviroment for customers. And the pizza is GREAT.

This was my first time here today, and I was so impressed!!! The customer service we received from Vlad and Rachel was great, despite the fact that it was almost closing. Both recommended something for my boyfriend and I, which were delicious. We also received a liter of soda with our purchase and 2 ice creams for both checking in on Unilocal!Overall, great employees and yummy food. We will definitely come back again!

The pizza and calzones are always good as this is a good mid-​range pizza place. Not too expensive or gourmet, yet not bottom of the barrel crap. I also enjoy getting a 2-​liter of soda or some ice cream with my order over $ 15. I do not like the seedy riff-​raff that always hangs out between Pizza Guys and the liquor store in the same complex. There’s always some guys outside that look shady and its a bit off putting, especially at night.

We had a large graduation party– and the pizzas were all perfect! Great customer service and perfect timing! I must say– the toppings were not like the other pizza places– it was rich on cheese and all the other toppings. THANK YOU!

Called and ordered at 7:13, they said 45min but hour and a half later no pizza and no wings. So I called and the guy said the pizza should have been here 30 minutes ago. He said he’d call the delivery man and that if he said it was going to take more than five minutes he’d call me to let me know. After another 15 mins no call, no pizza. I called them again, a guy named Francis apologized, and said that he wants to offer me a coupon for two free pizzas. I said cool! But then he tells me I have to drive over to get the coupon. .. and he says I have to do it either the same night right after the delivery man gets here or go in the morning. If I wanted to leave my house to go to their pizza place I wouldn’t have ordered delivery! The guy tells me sorry and that the pizza will be there soon. About 15 minutes later he calls to apologize and tells me that the pizzas never even made them out in the first place. He was nice enough to give them to us for free, but he said it was going to be another 30 minutes. So estimated time 9:30pm. Over two hours after we ordered them. The delivery guy seemed very apologetic when he arrived though
We’ve ordered from here before and it has been fine. But this time it was bad.
Next time I’ll just pay a little more and call woodstocks or steves.

I am a pretty big fan of Pizza Guys. To me, their pizzas taste like the ones at Round Table, and I love Round Table Pizza. They are also cheaper than Round Table which is a huge plus. They always have coupons with great deals, especially for college students! I just wish they would deliver plates and napkins. I always specify that when I order online, but they never deliver.

I used to think my favorite pizza place was Mountain Mikes but now I like Pizza Guys :) I love their cheesy garlic bread and to my surprise, not many places make it like they do. What I like about theirs is that it’s pretty much like a pizza with some garlic sauce and cheese on it rather than normal bread with cheese on it.
The people that work here are pretty friendly. Someone called in to make an order and I heard the guy working there asking the customer if they could hold on for a quick second so he can figure out what combination would make their order the cheapest.
I did have the pizza delivered one time and requested for napkins and plates. Didn’t get them; oh well. :\
