after we arrived at the UCD Aggies game, my wife realized she forgot her wallet it on the window seal.
I tried calling 3 time, each time someone would pick up the phone and then hang up on me each time.
One the fourth time, someone answered, I asked if someone turned in a wallet. Their response was «MAYBE». By then my wife had returned to get her wallet that someone returned.
So a ONE star for your, bad people skills.

Not only was the restroom and every table filthy, but the service was awful. Took 30 minutes to get the wrong order, 3 times. Completely inept. And after we told them the toilet tissue was out, they put the roll ON TOP of the holder. We complained about the dirty tables, she cleaned 2 then stopped. There were still dirty tables and numbers everywhere. Avoid this Carl’s at all costs. Workers at the register are rude and complacent. No customer should have to clean their own table to sit down. They weren’t even busy. Bad, just bad.

Service is relatively fast, and the staff is very nice! There is also plenty of seating. However, the quality of the food is low. I usually get the Spicy Chicken, and the hamburger buns taste like cardboard even more so than other fast food restaurants’.

NOT HAVE AGAIN: the biscuit sandwiches are just not very good. The biscuit itself is too dry, a bit overcooked and just not flavorful. Not sure why. I first had a Hardee’s biscuit sandwich in the late 1970s in Virginia and it was fantastic. Now, I stick with McDonald’s biscuit sandwiches.

Like a good friend. Carl’s Jr has never let me down. I don’t know what it is but my expectations are always low when it comes to fast food and this place under promises and over delivers.

It’s your usual Carl’s Jr. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The food is good, I like the green burrito Mexican fare. It’s my first time at this Carl’s, but I’m a fan of the chain. It lives up to the reputation.

No drive thru
I can in for fries and it took almost 10 min! there only 2 others in front of me! At other fast foods, if there were other people in front of me and I only ordered fries, I would get it in a min. This place it too slow, it needs a drive thru !

They remodeled this place, but it still looks pretty much the same, except cleaner and more modern. Apparently, they actually serve you at the table now for dine-​in. Staff are quite alright. They charge $ 1 for debit, so go credit or cash if you can. Plenty parking in the center, and open pretty late.

South Bay, CA
This is a great Carl’s Jr. for one reason. The Air Conditioning and free soda refills. If you’ve spent a solid 100+ degree month in Davis, this place is an oasis. I still have a soft sport for western bacon cheeseburgers so Carl’s will be one of the few fast food places I’ll return to. Especially if I need to get out of the central valley heat.
