Burger King

This place is so nasty the bathrooms haven’t been scrubbed in a long time I dont know what kinda place they run but when you wash your hands before you eat in the restroom you want to feel cleaner then you went in there but you walk out feeling nasty. Don’t go here

You know its bad when they serve your salad in a plastic wrap…
I know most restaurants aren’t well-​staffed past 8 o’clock but the service in my last visit was absolutely horrendous.
I went with a few of my roommates for some late night grub at 9 o’clock and expected to get my food and leave in a timely fashion. No one else was in the restaurant, which led me to believe food should have taken a short amount of time (after all, it is called a fast food restaurant).
Not only did it take 25+ min to receive the first order, the effort put into making a simple sandwich was sloppy, orders were mixed up or lost, and MY SALAD WAS WRAPPED IN PLASTIC WRAP.
How do you eat a salad in a plastic wrap is beyond me, but I now know what this Burger King location has in store for me in the future.

Long wait inside, no employee monitoring pickups. Someone else picked up our order by mistake before we got to the counter. She then handed it to her kids who immediately tore into it before she figured out that it wasn’t her order. Then she returned it to the counter only to find someone else had picked up her order. The mix up snowballed to others resulting in chaos. Another wait while they straightened it out and re-​did the orders.
Restrooms were gross. I can’t believe they passed the health inspection.
We normally prefer Burger King over other fast foods. You’d figure this would be a good location as it’s in the Nugget Market Center, but no luck. We will pass on this one next time!

When I walked into the BK, the place was empty. The friendly server took my order, and my food came rather quickly.
I had the sausage and egg biscuit. It tasted just fine, and it was exactly what I needed to get me started for the day. My only complaint was the price. I probably would have gotten a better value had I ordered a combo.

There is are not too many fast food chains in Davis. In south Davis there are even fewer. BK is never my first choice but this one suffices.

In the small town of Davis, fast food restaurants are scarce.
I wanted Wendy’s and I learned it was shut down! So I went to proceed to the McD but why is the drive thru line always so long???
BK is just down the street so BK here I come!
BK food is pretty consistent throughout the chain. I don’t like their burgers, their meat seems burnt. Their fries and chicken nuggets are decent, but it doesn’t beat McD or Wendy’s! I am a fan of McD and Wendy’s chicken nuggets.
Today, I decided to get a milk shake. When it’s summer in Davis, summer nights are hot and it’s time for a cool drink. The service was relatively fast and the drive thru wasn’t too bad. One thing that threw me off is the way the drive thru is so loopy, I felt like I drove longer than I expected.
I also haven’t been to this complex in awhile and I forgot there’s only one opening so I ended up driving around the whole parking lot after I was out of the drive-​thru.

We waited 20 minutes for our food after ordering inside instead of going through the drive-​through, thinking it’d be faster.
WRONG. SO WRONG.
Good sammich, though!

Have again: the Whopper Jr. with cheese is pretty good but the service was lacking for the drive-​through.
Not have again: the $ 1 16 oz drink. I specifically ordered the 16 oz drink (very small) and they tried to give me a larger one for $ 1.79.

Saw the ads for chicken strips and they looked pretty good so I decided to drop in and try some. Got an order of dollar onion rings and a glass of water too. The chicken was pretty good, onion rings were «reformed» from ground onions but edible.
I was inside for about a half an hour and never saw anyone come out to clean a table. The one I was sitting at was sticky but I didn’t feel like moving and it was a good spot for a coupla snapshots. There were minimal customers, mostly take out and drive thru, so they weren’t too busy to do a little cleanup. There was a guy emptying trash bins, slamming and banging as he went, including up against the table where I was sitting. I’m the only customer in the place at that point but he couldn’t avoid jostling me?
I think the employees need a conscientious manager to give them some guidance to do what they should be able to take the initiative to do on their own.

They have a really nice restaurant. They keep it clean and it has a 50’s theme in the diner.

Clean and fast service considering it’s FAST FOOD

It’s a clean place, and the staff is nice… But just because it’s fast food doesn’t mean you make it sloppy. You disappoint the King. :p

this place is davis’ white castle. 24hr, got your staple whopper, but the turn off is tricky (hence the white castle relation). Other than that, nothing great. franchise prices, which means besides the $ 1 menu, everything else can’t be guarenteed price-​wise.

The only reason I’ll ever go to burger king is for the onion rings and the fish sandwich. And the ones at Mace are definitely worth trying.
The place was clean and they had this really unique design. Kinda like a 50’s diner with the awesome guitar shaped table in the middle. The interior design is definitely worth checking out.
I’d go here all the time if it weren’t so far away.

Like all Burger Kings, it ain’t Mickey D’s. Though because this one is in Davis, it’s pretty clean.
