I’ve been coming here since they opened. They are always really friendly and talkative. I love this place for Brow up keep and cleanups. They always listen to my requests to keep my eyebrows thick and natural looking. Overall a great eyebrow place.

The woman who works there (I’ve only ever seen her there) should be ashamed of herself. She completely messed up my natural eyebrow arch and I told to her NOT make the next one thinner. So she of course makes the next one thinner and then OF COURSE has to go back to fuck up the other one again. Now my brows are literally two straight, thin lines. They’re a travesty. I’ve never been anywhere so incompetent. If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would.

The lady who did my eyebrows didn’t even ask how my days went. and I came out with such a thinner eyebrow-​.- she completely fucked up my eyebrows

I’m always hesitant about trying new eyebrow places but I had a $ 5 off coupon for an eyebrow threading. I had to.
I walk in and the girl threading doesn’t even look at me, the room is extremely stuffy and there’s NO A/​C. (It’s almost 90 degrees outside)
Once she was done, I tried making conversation but she was just so rude. She took about 3 mins to do my eyebrows, maybe even less, and she did the ONE thing I asked her not to do. My eyebrows were much thinner than I would’ve liked, but she insisted they looked fine. No.
I would NOT recommend this place.

I love this place and have gotten my eyebrows threaded here about five or six times, always by the same woman. She is very sweet and does a great job. Reasonable price for threading, pretty standard and inexpensive. I have never made an appointment and never had to wait longer than a few minutes. I keep my eyebrows fairly full and she always does them exactly how I want them. Quick work and I have gotten compliments on them every time I get them done. She has never cut my skin, nor have I ever noticed a temperature issue in the store as another reviewer mentioned. Would recommend.

I really wanted to like this place and gave them several chances. Unfortunately, I have never left happy. Here some of the issues, some deal-​breakers, some not so much.
*the place is HOT and stuffy in the summer and freezing in the winter
*I’ve had threading done by at least two girls. One was sick with a cold two of the times I saw her… uh, really gross when she’s hovering over your face and her nose is dripping. The other girl was OK but would be quiet then randomly start conversation, as if she just remembered that she should be social… a little weird.
* they ALWAYS miss hair. And I don’t mean small ones that are hard to see. these are obvious. One time I almost laughed when she told me to check the mirror… There were clearly hairs still that needed to be removed. I asked her two more times then gave up… went home and finished them myself.
*they always cut my skin. Seriously, you should be able to thread without shredding me to pieces.
So sorry, I just can’t go back.

I think this place recently opened so I wanted to try it out. Eyebrows are $ 10 and they have an electronic reward program using your phone number where you also get coupons. I’ve seen up to 10 different threaders and I have never walked out with a chunk of my eyebrow missing. Thankfully my brows grow fast so it’ll be almost unnoticeable by a week. Well, I wanted to try something new and I learned that I won’t be back.
FYI one of the five star «review“s on here is written by someone who also wrote a 5 star review for an Eyebrow Arts in Fairfield and posted pictures for another in American Canyon (Eyebrow Arts is an affiliated business under a different name)… LMAO sketch!
