STAYAWAY! Unreliable. They lost my appointment. Showed up 4 hours later. Say they«record all«calls(really???) — Charge a $ 69 service fee and will«hustle» for payment AND do not even have an active Credit Card processing system! Oh yeah, ask for payment receipt. Low end, no customer service. Have not had time to check Better Business Bureau. Caveat Emptor!

I agree with the other review. I ordered a part on March 24, 2013. It is now one month later and the part still hasn’t come in… or at least not that I know of, considering the fact that the company refuses to return calls or emails. Essentially, this company swindled me out of $ 300+. I’m in the middle of contesting the charges and going to small claims court if necessary. The company claimed that the part was going to take a while because Bosch(the brand of my oven) doesn’t use distributors. Low and behold, I call Bosch directly(after the fact) and they do have distributors. AKA — this company is a pack of liars. Find someone else.
