Honest, respectable easy to deal with. I always support local small businesses especially ones that do a good job. Staff is friendly and knowledgable and best of all UNlike these OTHER electronic repair stores out there they never rip you off at ifixit (from what I can tell because i ALWAYS compare prices).
I will support this operation till the end till the wheels fall off.
