I hired Tim from All-​Star pavers to install my remodel pool deck with extreme expensive Dominican Coral material. His crew came in with professionalism. He was able to give me The installation with perfection as what we wanted.

Tim came out and showed up in time and seemed fairly professional. He said I would have my quote that night, after a few days went by and I never received it I called him and he said he would send it that night. I never got it and emailed him days later and he said it was on a stack on his desk and would get it out to me.
My instinct said to run from a company that can’t even get a quote out in a timely manner but I had time before my project started and he came in lower then the other people. The day of the job the most unfriendly men showed up and ate lunch on my front lawn leaving behind empty Gatorade bottles and food remanence which my dog latter ate and threw up.
Job was done quickly and a different crew showed up the next day to pressure clean and seal. While my daughters were watching them work on our security cameras hooked up to the TV they started screaming that one of the guys was urinating on a hose on the side of my house. My husband called the owner Tim and passed him off to Paul who basically said he was sorry and did not know what else to say.
After a long back and forth I will say they did the right thing and gave us money off the total price of the job. However the job was sloppy and i would have rather paid more for a more professional company which didn’t make me feel uncomfortable in my own house and did the job to my liking.
Moral of the story, the lesser quote definitely doesn’t mean the best company. Also there were a bunch of areas with no sand and we asked them to come back and fill them. Never heard from them again after they got paid. Shame on them!

First of all, their telephone customer service is horrible. They scheduled an appointment for an estimate and did not show up. Then I received a barrage of excuses as to why they didn’t show up. And then when I go to schedule the work, they just didn’t show up again. No calls, no apologies. I guess they don’t want business. I am happy to not give them my business until they learn some proper CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
