We like Steak ‘N Shake but this location has terrible service. Plenty of people working but very disorganized. Be ready to wait to be seated… wait to have your order taken… wait for your food… then stand in line to pay for your meal.

Took 30 minutes for 2 burgers and 3 shakes, burgers were cold and we finished our food before the shakes even came. Terrible place not the same as it was a couple years ago!
