Excellent customer service from the dispatch to the emergency roadside assistance. Called for an emergency tire change and was quoted a time and price and both were right on. Once Mike arrived to change the tire, he had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes! Sissy and Mike from Monson helped take the stress out of the situation and were so friendly.
