I had ordered a mattress from Sam’s Club and it took over two weeks for them to process and schedule delivery. On delivery date, they realized that they had damaged goods and had to reschedule. Instead, they reprocessed my order so I’m sure it would have been another two weeks. I went into Mattress Firm and Kevin Greco listened to my issues. I told him my price point and he started showing me mattresses to test out. By the fourth one, I had already picked on. He gave me a great deal and was able to schedule delivery the next day. I’m sleeping well in my new bed. Thanks, Kevin and Mattress Firm!

I purchased a pillow top mattress on December 13, 2015. I went with the finance option of 90 days same as cash, or as told by the sales rep $ 80.00 dollars a month. I had to wait a week for my mattress and when I get my first deduction out of my bank it was $ 216.00 instead of $ 80.00. Rep never gave me a copy of my contract printed out and said I would receive paperwork in the mail, which I also never received. I will never purchase from Mattress Firm again!
