Elite Spa & Nails

Nice, quiet place on this Monday afternoon. I got a spa pedicure and a manicure. Spa chairs and nice employees. Great foot, neck, and back massage! They offer organic and deluxe pedicures which include a glass of wine. Waxing. Full sets. Facials.

Pretty decent good place to come to… I would come here again the only bad part is that I don’t know what there talking about makes it seem like there talking about you at times but I might be wrong since I don’t know there language

Stopped into Elite Nails on Sunday because my regular place is closed on Sunday’s & my nails were a wreck. I meant to go to my normal spot last week but after being sick, I was finally better Sunday and in need of a new gel mani. Got there and signed in. Waited about 10 minutes (they were pretty busy) before going to a station.
The girl who did my nails was very nice. She was friendly and wasn’t rough removing my old gels. I picked my colors (they have a BUNCH of options! Like a whole lot), settling on black & pink. She nicked one of my fingers pretty bad, and I’ve had to clean it out each night since to avoid infection. It hurt a bit. She did a mostly good job. The tips of my nails kind of look like I’ve had the mani for a week, as it looks like she didn’t quite hit the end of my nail. I don’t quite know how to better describe it. Between nicking me bad enough for it to hurt 2 days later & the sloppy way the tips of my nails look, I’m just meh about her. Included in the mani price is a 60 second neck/​shoulder rub. Which was nice but it was very short & rushed. After that, I realized how badly I need a longer one.
The shop is clean. Up front they have manicure stations, then a dividing wall and behind that are the pedicure stations. I didn’t go that far back.
Prices are a little higher than my normal place, especially since the quality is not as good by any means. Friendly service, no refreshments offered, substandard service=solid 3 stars.

Lena is amazing! It’s my first time here and I love her already! :) I’m on vacation, visiting my boyfriend’s parents, and wanted to have my nails looking good. I picked the right place! Don’t listen to the negative reviews, they must’ve been isolated events. Everyone here is really nice, they seem to all do a great job, and they’ll become talkative, if you engage them. They also seem to all have happy, regular customers. There are a ton of colors to choose from and with my ADD brain I had Lena help me choose. She chose a perfect pink color for my gel nails to complement the OPI color we went with for my toes. :) :) :) :) she definitely gets two thumbs up from me and this would be my nail salon every time, if I lived here. It will definitely be my go-​to salon anytime I come back! :)

If you’re looking for a relaxing experience do not come here… came in with my sister and both picked same services
Sister: mani service with the massage her pedi was rushed because her tech has another client that had come in during her time. switched tech for mani that left dirt under her nails. Only thing she liked about the mani was the back massage
Me: pedi was rushed as well very short massage and my mani took about 10 min with no lotion or massage …I didn’t say anything be I figured maybe she do it while my nails were drying and nothing never came back to check on me or pull my pants down so that I wouldn’t mess my mani up
While we were there they made fun of a client that complained about the hot paraffin (client was still there)

You definitely get what you pay for they are cheap in prices for a reason. I got a pedicure and it didn’t even last a week! Although the customer service was excellent!

The people are friendly enough but the quality of work done on your nails is mediocre at best. I was a regular customer but after the other day I won’t go back again. They close at 8pm and I arrived at 7:15pm for a refill and they wouldn’t serve me because they said they didn’t have time!!! Seriously??? I’ve been to other nail salons and you can arrive ten minutes before they close and they will still help you with whatever you need. Obviously they don’t need my business, so I will just take my money elsewhere :)

I just moved to the area and the other nail places were already closed. It said they closed at 8pm, and I got there around 7pm.
Go here for a pedicure my feet look great!!!
I would say probably not for any actual nails; pink and white, acrylic, etc. I got white tips with acrylic over them, and they must use cheap products cause after 1 week all the nails were lifting, this shouldn’t happen when you’re charged $ 35 – 40. I’ve never had this happen in 1 week!!! Crazy.

It was very clean and they seemed nice, but coming from NYC, those prices were outrageous to me! And for the price, the pedicure and manicure were terrible. I have nail polish all over my cuticles, and that was after she «cleaned it up». They also gave atrocious color recommendations. I had to remove everything after paying all that money. I hope you have a better experience if you try this place, but I cannot recommend it.
