Yes, my best friend and I got Build-​a-​Bears together. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, they seemed to love that adults were so excited!
When you pick out your bear, before it gets stuffed, they attach an ear-​tag to it and write your name on it. I asked if I could say my name was «Voltron.» YES! I think that made the staff’s day!
When we checked out, the cashier offered gift cards at 50% — fantastic upsell! And when we came back later that weekend to use them, the same staff greeted us with the same warmth. LOVED this place!
