Some what slow service despite it being relatively quiet in the restaurant. Very friendly waitstaff however, more than accommodating and make up for the wait time. An abundance of appetizers will keep you going until your main entrée comes, I highly recommend the mozzarella sticks and the buffalo wings. Also, having the option of creating your own salad at the salad bar is fantastic. The entrée’s are delicious and well worth the wait. For me it was the chicken bella, again I highly recommend. Also, they have quite a few eye catching desserts to top off your meal. For a party of 5 it was well worth the money

Despite a busy Saturday night the two of us were quickly seated. A very friendly waiter took our drink order which were promptly served. We kept busy with a large fresh mixed salad from the salad bar while waiting a bit for the main dishes. The half a rack of ribs with baked potato and undercooked string beans were delicious. My wife’s grilled shrimp with zucchini were acceptable. We certainly would return when nearby again.

Super meh. I’ll start with the ambiance. MEH. There’s a real stank/stale/musky smell that greets you at the door. Ventilation is not a priority of managers here. Anyway, once inside you quickly realize that that smell/musk or whatever that was that greeted you at the door is actually throughout. The counter at the bar was sticky and I literally felt dirty after being in there for about 10 minutes. The food was also MEH. As a matter of fact, it was MADMEH. I ordered the low country grits and shrimp. Nah. For $ 15 I got a stirring spoon scoop of grits, a few frozen shrimp, and an undesirable amount of greasy bacon pieces. It was end-of-earth bad. I would’ve preferred more grits over all of the greasy bacon they put on top of the grits. I scraped it off. There was SO much bacon. The bacon was SO greasy. There was more bacon than grits. Why is that even possible?! Grits are supposed to be the main event of the dish, yet there were barely any in the box! Literally: a stirring spoon scoop of grits. What a waste. Never ever bothering with these folk again. I’ll pass. Things I’ll remember: Skimpy portions, greasy portions, lazy entrée presentation, poor ventilation, nasty/sticky Bar tops.

My family and I stopped in here on our way home from the beach. Service was ok but the food was terrible. My steak was gross. My wife got the pulled pork sandwich which oddly came with pickles on it. My 2 year old got the kids pizza which came to the table ice cold/frozen. When I told the waitress she apologized however we go no visit from the manager and to add insult to injury we had to pay a full bill of $ 52. The District Manager called me to apologize and sent me a gift card. I will probably never eat at this location again.

Went here when drunk. Not sure if the food was good, or it was just because I was drunk. Also, the chicken pasta is amazing.

salad bar was fully stocked, sandwiches were good, the bathrooms needed cleaning and the waitress was running around to 5 tables doing the best she could. They are understaffed for a tuesday night at 5 pm. only a host and her.

After being seated we were taken care of almost immediately by our server. The service was excellent. The salad bar was not what I am used to. Quite a few items were nearly empty and needed to be replenished. My wife had the turkey sliders with salad. All in all it was just okay. Nothing special. Our server is the only reason the place got 3 stars. I won’t be in any hurry to return. In a word, disappointing.

I hate chain restaurants, but I had a coupon. That being said, I ordered a drink, an ultimate bacardi mojito. Couldn’t taste the rum, the mint leaves weren’t crushed, really tasted like soda and a few mint leaves. Hubby got the free cheeseburger, so I felt I should order something more pricey than usual… so I got the New York Sirloin. The salad bar wasn’t fresh, bottom of the barrel lettuce, they said they had no baked potatoes(at 7:00pm???). Ok, give me the mashed. Comes out with a baked potato? Where’d that come from? Ok, so far so good. Cut into the toughest New york sirloin on record. A $ 17 steak, a top cut steak, ordered medium rare(came out more medium), should have cut like butter. Just not a good meal all around. Didn’t get any biscuits, and she forgot to take the coupon off(but that was excusable, she was new and super nice). But something to be said for proper training… so, meh, it was food.

I have had nothing but good service here. The prices are comparable to other chains in the area, and I usually go for drinks. The salad bar is usually worth going to as well. The last couple of times I have gone, I have gone for drinks before a movie, so as of late, I can’t comment on the food. I will say this: I have never been on a busy night, because I don’t think they HAVE busy nights. And I am afraid that the poor people that have a job there won’t have one for much longer as there is a buffalo wild wings going inside the mall on the other side. I had excellent service from my bartender, but I am not seeing a bright future there for her at this location. The establishment doesn’t serve chips or bread like others which is a strike against them. Basically, because of the salad bar, I am giving them a step higher in food consumption than applebee’s.

By far the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time! My server, was great. She has no control over the food or kitchen and she did a great job. Now for the real problem. The food! My boyfriend and I came here at the start of the Pats game. The place was dead. We ordered two burgers, I believe ruby Tuesdays is known for their burgers, medium and medium rare they took 30, yes 30 minutes to come out. The best part was 3 cooks were standing out by the bar watching the game for about the first 15 minutes we placed out order. As if waiting that long was not bad enough, my boyfriend ordered a side of Mac and cheese with his. It did not arrive with out burgers but in fact came out 7 minutes later, and yes at this point I was keeping track of time. I can’t imagine how a business like this is surviving. I can say that we will NEVER be back to this establishment or any other they own.

I’m not generally a chain restaurant kind of guy, especially one in a mall. But I’ve always had good experiences here. The burgers are very good, service has been friendly, and the ambience is pretty nice(windows looking into the mall and out to the parking lot excluded). Beer selection could use more craft beers, though, and I don’t mean Shock Top and Blue Moon.

Went here about a week ago for lunch. Had a pretty good time but there were a few aspects of the restaurant that were lacking. We got seated quickly, but our drinks took a long time to arrive. The waitress later told us that they were short staffed. The salad bar was pretty good. Nothing amazing, but pretty much what I expected. The pasta salad was good, and I ended up eating a pretty large portion of salad. Some little kids were goofing around so lettuce was everywhere which I suppose isn’t really restaurant’s fault. The meals took a bit long to come out as well. We had buffalo chicken sliders and hamburger sliders. The beef sliders were a bit too well done for me. The buffalo chicken sliders were much better. I suppose I would go back. Just seems like we didn’t go in there on their best day.

First time visiting Ruby Tuesdays(anywhere) in several years. Immediately seated although there was more than one hostess who didn’t seem to know what the other was doing and one who was more concerned with staring at her own rear in the mirror every time she walked by. Immediately greeted upon seating by a wonderful waitress who offered us drinks. Ruby Tuesday is where I had my first Grateful Dead(drink) and they are by far the best. My boyfriend orders a margarhita. As soon as he puts his straw in he finds an approx 4 inch long hair across the inside bottom of his glass. The waitress apologizes and gladly takes it back to the bar for another. When the next glass comes back, of course we closely inspect it, no hair… instead a bunch of floating red things that turn out to be pieces of food. Again the drink goes back. Third time is a charm right? Within a few minutes we get our meals. I ordered the chicken parm over penne pasta, my boyfriend got sliders and salad bar. I got about 4 – 5 bites into my plate and found a hair under a piece of pasta. Strike 3, you’re out! Too bad, because that was probably the best plate of pasta I have had in a long time, sans the hair. They offered us a replacement meal to take home, and cupcakes for my boyfriends birthday. Hold the hair! The manager then came over(escorted by the waitress) and apologized up and down for the mishapS, said there was going to be no bill and now looking down at our empty glasses offered us another drink. Assuming it was on the house, we obliged. When I asked for a slip of some sort so they could ring a tip for our lovely waitress even though there was no bill, the manager said I could tip her on my drink bill. Turns out the drinks were not on the house after all. The manager also(albeit politely) told us they would get us that last(2nd for each of us) drink and thats all we would be having. Later I rethought that sentence and realized they weren’t going to serve us anything else to eat or drink. WTH? 11.00 drink bill and a nice tip for the young lady, and we were out the door… no thank yous, no goodbyes, have a nice night and no happy holidays. They seemed delighted to have us leave. I am not usually a complainer and understand the chances of something accidentally falling in my food once in awhile, but THREE times in one meal is just too much for me.

We went out to eat here this evening for a family dining experience and my 2 year old’s first restaurant trip. When we arrived, the door was opened for us by a host and then we were seated promptly. She immediately gave her name and took our order for drinks. Before returning drinks, we were given those garlic bread rolls. We ended up with two plates of them because my two year old kept eating them(guess he’d rate it a 5 star!!!) I will not complain about the quality of service, because that was 5 across the board. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, consistent and timely. They refilled drinks before one was even completely finished, and the waitress even chatted up about her child and her personal life for a little while. The kids meals looked great. The adults, not so much. Because of previous reviews, we stayed away from the ribs, the pasta, and the seafood and opted on the burgers. We both ordered smokehouse burgers, one with fries/mac & cheese and the other baked potato/mac & cheese. The baked potato was good. The macaroni and cheese was a little too rich in flavor and salty. The burger was very, very bland(like the burger itself wasn’t seasoned much.) My boyfriend said the same about the burger, and didn’t eat his mac and cheese and said that he expected his fries to be much hotter than they were(they had been sitting.) Although the service is great, it’s unfortunate because the food just sucks. The kids had fries and chicken tenders/grilled cheese. They didn’t complain but their meals were only $ 4 a piece, too. I wouldn’t eat here again, which would be nothing against the quality of service but reflected upon the poor quality of food.

Good food-poor/slow service. As mentioned by another reviewer, wait staff is mostly college students who spent more time conversing with each other than waiting on tables. They have a decent salad bar, food portions were on the smaller side, medium priced for what you get. Nothing special.

I had their Boston Blue Burger here a few days ago. Topped with blue cheese, crispy fried onion strings, and their Boston barbecue sauce(since when is Boston known for bbq?!?). I really really liked it.

A chain restaurant, is a chain restaurant. But if you are looking for a meal with a great salad, you have found the right place. Ruby Tuesdays offers the heaven of salad bars. Stocked with fresh lettuce, produce, and an unimaginable amount of toppings.. . these salad creations are sure to satisfy and complement any variety of meal choice. At a $ 2.99 addition to any entrée, the unlimited salad bar is more than worth it. As an entrée I enjoyed the Petite Sirloin plate.. . square plate that is. Garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli shared this rectangular playing field, working together to score a monumental level of flavor. My only complaint is that the sirloin had perhaps a bit too much spice to it.. . causing my stomach to twist and turn until it was used to such strong taste. Being in such close proximity to a large university, a majority of the staff is made up of college students. In my experience it has been hit or miss waiter/waitress-wise. Take it with a grain of salt and remember that their books cost well over $ 100 a piece.

i love going to this place at school, wish there were more locations in massachusetts. mini burgers plus unlimited salad bar is 8.99. The mini burgers are delicious garnished with onion rings, and the perfect amount to go with their great salad bar. Salad bar is usually fresh and very good. It includes the regular vegetables to make a salad must get the croutons they are great. And then it has all those yummy salads that aren’t so good for you. Potato salad, broccoli cheese and bacon salad, and pasta salad to name a few. If you like a good salad with your dinner go here and get the salad bar. Desserts are also good, they have amazing white choclate chip cookies that they make there, although those are very expensive.
