This is a go to for fake mexican food on a pre lazy friday night but… How do you guys always run out of chicken?!! Like by the time I drove here and home I could have raised a whole chicken farm in my backyard and made my own damn chipotle. Get it together!!!

Food is consistent… Service sucks! The person on the register keeps walking away while on the phone. He won’t even put the phone down long enough to help customers.

I’m a HUGE fan of Chipotle. I’d say I’m close to hitting 2000 visits. This particular Chipotle is not the best. Frankly, the staff doesn’t really care to put out quality food because they know they can get away with it. The rice is mushy, the beans are congealed(not well stirred), fajitas are burned, meats are overcooked, guacamole is browned and the lettuce is wilted. The salsas are acceptable though. Additionally, the portions are small.

First time I went here the credit card machine was not working, no biggie I had some cash on me. Second time I went they were out of both chicken and steak. 2 days later I went back and they were still out of chicken and steak. Highly disappointing restaurant. The welcome center chipotle on 95 is more reliable than this one.

I love chipotle, but not this place for sure. I been here may be 7 – 8 times, it is there consistent terrible service that made me write this review. 1. Quantity of chicken depends on server mood 2. Same with guac 3. Terrible experience altogether at this place, parking is a big hassle too

I love Chipotle but this location is horrible. We won’t be back. We were there over Labor Day weekend and thankfully the place was not crowded, though there were still about 10 people in line. Seating here is horrible and impossible if you have kids that use highchairs since there is only one tiny table available where you can actually put a highchair(the others are stool height or have round ottomans attached the floor, meaning no room for highchairs). The staff couldn’t manage to get our four person order right. Had to be repeated 3 times. The grapes we got for my kids were rotten and the kids cheese quesadilla was not heated(meaning cold cheese in a tortilla). When we approached the counter the manager was dismissive and rude. Told us nothing was wrong with the grapes and«they all look like that.» Then gave us chips. Looked at our uncooked quesadilla and, without a word, threw it in the trash. Returned with a new one and asked«is this what you want?» like somehow asking for our food to be cooked is asking too much. If you like Chipotle, head to the one on the highway. Avoid this place.

Don’t bother ordering the steak, so tough, parking is not good, sat down and so loud…

A go-to for me, and amazing 95% of the time. Set your expectations to wait and to have difficulty parking, but you will always find some. Ask for extra everything! It’s a chain, but the best fast food, highest quality fast food that you can get. The line is worth the final product.

Management needs to be fired, and/or hire people that know how to manage themselves. Decided to go before the dinner crowd, a little before 5 on a Friday, because we all know how ridiculous parking, and the line is, after 5pm. It was a total mess inside. I usually give a busy location benefit of doubt during peak hours, but you guys had from roughly 2pm(end of lunch crowd), until now to clean up. 3 hours! «NOPE!», must be the motto of the staff here. Most interesting, was when most of the staff seemed to be on break hanging out at the dirty tables, with the most amount of food debris under them. You think any one of them would have noticed, but nooooope! LMAO at how bad it was. They must have had important texts to get back to, work is not the #1 priority obviously at this location. If things are this bad on the front end, just imagine what’s going on behind the scenes. Stop hiring people with the work ethic of a spoiled trust fund 15 yr old brat, and maybe this place could get 5 stars. The food is there, but the staff is a joke. Hopefully you prove me wrong on my next visit. If not, there won’t be any more visits, and your 3 stars will turn into 1.

This is the worst Chipotle I have been to. The lines are ridiculously long, the parking lot is a nightmare, and the workers don’t know how to roll burritos without them quickly turning into taco salads. The Chipotle QA team needs to make a stop here.

My experience was meh. Avoid on Friday afternoons and evenings… it seemed like everybody from the town of Darien was in that joint. Parking sucks. The lot is small and awkward. The line itself was long as hell. Definitely NOT enough seating for the volume they do. Thank god the food was good… I would’ve been really pissed if I had waited all that time and there had been a problem with the food. This place used to be a really good IHOP so I am still slightly bitter… Anyway…there’s a new Chipotle located in the I-95 North rest area between exits 12 and 13. Plenty of parking and seating… so do yourself a favor and go to that one!

Chipotle is chipotle usually fresh ingredients simple menu and moderate to high prices. Me and my wife enjoy burrito every now and then or she goes for the burrito bowl. Or one complaint is how much the extras are for example the tortilla chips are about two dollars a bag and it’s like can’t you just give me some tortillas with my burrito for the love of all thats holy! We usually stairway from them because of this fact if you going on the road 5 minutes you could just go to Rio get a free thing of nachos and salsa enjoy a nice dinner while someone serves on you.

I really enjoy Chipotle burritos/bowls etc but this location is a complete mess. Most of the issues have been discussed, such as the very limited parking choices but I think there is more to this location which makes it subpar compared to other Chipotles. For me, it all comes down to how good the food is and how the customer service is. All Chipotles are busy during lunch hours with a line usually snaked around the restaurant and possibly out the door. This location is no different. Where this location differs is the customer service and the slow responses to demand during peak hours. I went today for a burrito and it took almost 30 minutes to have my burrito made and for me to pay and there was only 15 or so people in front of me. I honestly thought the people preparing the food took sleep medication during the day for how slow they were working. The workers seem distracted, bored and detached from their customers and don’t pay attention to what you are trying to order. I don’t know if this is a management problem or just a bad staff but it’s pretty miserable to go here.

The food is good. That’s about it, though. The parking lot experience is like a living Hell on Earth. It’s nearly impossible to get in. Once you do make it in, it’s even more difficult to find a spot. The biggest challenge of all is getting out again! The service is slow and painful with a totally incompetent staff who is poorly managed. The line is serpentining around the tables where people are eating 15 minutes after they open, and you have people’s asses in your face while you’re trying to eat; or, they are breathing over you, coughing/sneezing on you. The prices are outrageously high for what you get. The ingredients are cheap and simple. The portions are decent. I am not at all a fan of the layout or the design of these restaurants with the no-frills plywood walls that make them look like they never finished construction.

Every time I come in here the staff is so slow. They also don’t listen well. On top of that there seems to be a manager that interrupts staff while they make my food and then doesn’t know why I am upset. The parking here is terrible as well. The food is good but never underestimate how poor service makes you not want to come back.

You can’t go wrong with any of their menu choices. There is always a line here so the food choices are never sitting there long and always fresh. I’ve tried many different combinations here and have been very pleased with all of them. Today I tried their organic tofu from Hodo Soy that they shred and then braise with chipotle chilis, roasted poblanos, and a blend of aromatic spices. The result was DELICIOUS, spicy tofu boritto. The only down side was that this boritto was very juicy. The juice absorbed into the wrap and made it very messy. It got to a point where I could no longer put it down and let go or it was going to give way. Don’t forget to ask for a bowl to catch the yummies that fall off. Great job at allowing for the carnivores to mingle with the vegans

Good food, but everything else is terrible. The location needs to provide more parking. I mean, the food isn’t good enough for me to slave over finding a parking spot. If I can’t find parking, I’m going somewhere else to eat. An employee took out lipstick and applied it on her lips while she was behind the food counter. Highly unsanitary… and she also fixed her hair while she was supposed to be serving food. Go to the bathroom for that, and wash your hands. I called the manager to complain about something, and the language barrier was terrible. I’m not sure how he’s able to manage the restaurant if he can’t communicate with his employees or customers. Yes, I like chipotle. But I’ll go to a different location.

Good food, cheap prices and fresh guacamole — what’s not to love? And yes, they do speak english.
