Got a scarf, three pairs of earrings and cocktail napkins for $ 12 here today! Love this place. It’s so pretty here! Not to mention Mindy was so accommodating and wonderful. Check out the clearance-it doesn’t disappoint. Great to see something affordable yet classy in Blackhawk. Will definitely be back.

Candy store(fashion accessories) for the modern day woman… just visited again a few days ago, and they also have color coordinated clothing. The only reason I give it a four, is because it’s too visually appealing, it makes me want to buy everything in the store!

This place is any girls dream. Literally every kind of jewelry you can imagine in all shapes, sizes and colors. Reasonably priced jewelry, average price is $ 10 each item. I will definitely be returning here very soon. The only thing I didn’t like was that my aunt was holding up some earrings against her ear and the sales associate yelled across the room«you can’t try on earrings!» When she wasn’t even trying them on. Also the return policy allows you to return earrings within 30 days so why does it matter if you try them on in the store or at home?

The store itself is great. Very well organized and is always super clean with tons of accessories for an amazing price. Unfortunately the customer service here is poor. Although nothing horrendous has happened to me, I frequent this store and have not once been asked about or greeted. Maybe it’s just my bad luck. Who knows. I just feel like it’s common courtesy to say hello and ask if there’s anything that can be helped with Today I came in looking for a specific item and was there for maybe about 15 mins with no contact. I tried to find someone to ask but when I did she was busy chit chatting with her coworker, I was LITERALLYINFRONTOFTHEIRFACES rummaging around and didn’t even get acknowledged so I just left. For being in Blackhawk Plaza you would think they would have a better sense of customer service. The product sells itself I guess so maybe it doesn’t matter to them.

I was so disappointed with my last trip that I am done with this location. The system didn’t ring my items correctly, and I noticed it after they handed me my receipt. I pointed out the mistakes and at first they seemed to want to make it right. The sales girl didn’t know how to correct it, so she called someone to help. That sales girl was rude and didn’t know much more. It took much longer than it should have to fix THEIR mistake, but they were getting irritated with me. How in the world did the situation become my fault?! It literally took 30 minutes! Began to shop online for accessories and have found similar or the same item for cheaper. Phone cases for example — you can find them on several online sites, even on amazon for much less. The sales girls need training and reminder that customers keep the company in business and therefore their jobs. Treat customers with respect!

As my husband coined it, «Claire’s for adults». Better quality than Claire’s, but not by much. Which is ok because the prices are super reasonable. Charming Charlie’s has become my go-to place to pick up gifts for my friends. Whenever I wear something from here I always get compliments. As with any store like this, customer service varies depending on day and person working. I’ve had great customer service and I’ve also been totally ignored. But it’s not like I need a ton of assistance when browsing through. A definite GREAT addition to the Blackhawk Plaza. We just need more stores like this and then maybe I can stop calling the Plaza, The Place Stores Go To Die.

I have never heard of this place until I was walking around the Plaza and came across it. It has nice stuff. I’ve only purchased a few things from there so I can’t really comment on the quality of their jewelry. But the staff was nice when I went in there. I was there for maybe 5 minutes before anyone approached me. There is so much jewelry that it’s a bit overwhelming but at least it’s all displayed by color!

I finally visited the location in Danville. Charming Charlie is as «charming» as the one at the Mall of Georgia! You have to be careful about«cheap» jewelry because sometimes the material will wear out and causing your skin to turn green, lol. I purchased the«L’Protect» for $ 5. It’s this clear protective shield for jewelry that you can put on so it doesn’t rust or irritate your skin. I’ve heard about this method before and a clear nail polish will also serve the same justice.

They color coordinate their products which makes the interior looks very nice and neat. They have a great selection on accessories and clothing(but not pants/jeans). The clothes look very cute and stylish and definitely very affordable. But everything is polyester and I wouldn’t be too surprised if it falls apart after couple washes as I have experienced from other similar stores. But you can’t beat the price tag! So if you want to look something fun to add to your closet, this would be a great choice!
