So one day came from vacation and there was another cashier on her side; she started saying that their dress was nice and then ended up asking her about her entire vacation in Florida. Due to the distraction she forgot to ring my belt; I think they should pay more attention to the customer and leave their private life for break time Another example of poor customer service

It was nice to have a smiling face help me look for the specific travel luggage my wife wanted. I called ahead and they held it at the front counter. CLEAN store helpful staff… Speedy checkout. Check for security tags they may forget to remove and avoid the embarrassing alarm upon exit…

Its nice, Its got all the typical things you would find at Marshalls… The woman at the register was a little over bearing asking my son(hes 3) his name & then kept repeating it & then talking to him & asking him things that maybe the woman at the register has no business knowing… She also seemed to go SUPER slow, Maybe it was just me wanting to rush out of there & continue to tell my son NOTTOTALKTOSTRANGERS!

My favorite Marshalls ever! I love how they always seem to have tons of different stuff. I love the house selection as well as the baby stuff! I love it!

Well, everybody knows what Marshalls and TJMaxx are — they are messy, not very organized, and u have to dig deep to find what you need and spend some time in these stores. If you don’t like doing that and feel overwhelmed — you should not shop in these stores. I you love digging, like myself — this Marshalls in Liberty Tree mall is one of the best I have been to. I love the cube are — affordable clothing for younger people, love the super shoe station and they have so much stuff on clearance(good stuff). I used to work at Downtown Crossing and go to Marshalls there very aften — their clearance racks had only dirty, damaged and ugly clothing they were trying to get rid of. The one in Danvers has clearance on good stuff, so you get clothing at ridiculous prices. Can’t get any better =)

I’m no clothes horse, but I like nice, good quality clothes. And I can’t afford to buy them for full price very often. Enter Marshall’s — Racks and racks of disorganized crowded textiles.. .but oh, that occasional find will keep you coming back. You need to be willing to spend time shuffling through the racks, back and forth to the fitting room.. .my last find was a great Michael Kors babydoll top that does NOT make me look pregnant(astonishing) — regular price 95, got it for 15. That makes me happy. You never know what you will find — they sometimes have an amazing shoe selection, sometimes not so much. Don’t get me wrong, the place is loosely organized«pants», «knit tops», «lingerie», «dresses» — but don’t be surprised it you find a dress in the pants, a bra in with the petite skirts, and/or size 4 in the women’s plus sizes. If you know exactly what you need and you need it in a hurry, don’t go here. If you are willing to spend a couple of hours to round out your seasonal wardrobe, you could get some gems for very little cash.
