Bohemia Salon

Wayne is awesome. Have had the same stylist for 25 years. I was so afraid when I moved here, I wouldn’t find anyone who I liked. Wayne fit the bill. The vibe at Bohemia is very relaxed and professional at the same time.

I moved to the Charelston area about 6 months ago and I have been avoiding getting my hair done because I always hate trying to find a new stylist. But I’m so happy to report that after reading the Unilocal reviews for Bohemia Salon I finally got my hair done and I love it!
I naturally have Auburn hair but I like to color it more red. Red is a very hard color to get right, trust me I have lots of experience. The best reds come from Goldwell, I’ve learned not to try anything else. My old stylist did a great job, but it still always took about a week or two for the color to fade to the right shade. Joanna got my color perfect! No waiting for it to fade, I look like a natural red head. I couldn’t believe it. Can you tell I’m excited!
The salon its self is very trendy. The staff is great. Even if the place was a dump I would go back because my color is so awesome, thankfully the salon is beautiful too.

Deborah is THE best aesthetician/​facialist I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to many in NYC, California and Atlanta. She is a «healer» and a true artist. My skin never looks better than when she gives me a facial and it is so relaxing and enjoyable to boot. Thanks Deborah you are amazing! All of the Bohemia salon staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the salon is clean and has a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The staff at Bohemia always take care of me whenever I visit. I always leave with a new spring in my step that only a new ‘do can provide. Amazing stylists (especially the owner, Shawna!) and kind and helpful front staff as well. Skyye does a killer spray tan, too! They use a special formula that has absolutely no orange in it so you truly look bronzed like a sun goddess (without the damaging effects). Love, love this place.

As always, I never leave unhappy.
Wayne is an awesome stylist. He does a consultation, prior to you getting your desired style. He will advise whether or not you should go for a specific look. Heed his advisement, he knows what he is doing…
The studio is clean, refreshing, and a welcoming atmosphere.

I went to Bohemia for the first time yesterday and had my hair cut by Shawna. She did an amazing job! I am beyond happy with my hair! :) She’s hands down the most knowledgeable stylist I’ve ever met; the woman knows hair! I’ll never go anywhere else. :) :) :)

Wonderful relaxing salon. Staff is very friendly. Want a glass of wine? You got it. Wayne French is an amazing stylist and an even better colorist. He took my hair from Dark blonde to a reddish dark brown and it is beautiful. My hair shines and looks so thick and full

Amazing salon. Laid back, comfortable atmosphere and VERY friendly staff. I’m visiting Chatleston on vacation and made an on the spot appointment. Stacey took me over her lunch to make it work. Really happy with the results. Thanks ladies!
