Pro Quality Collision

I was in a bad accident and my car was totaled. My father bought me that car and had passed away shortly after. That car meant the world to me and the people at pro quality were referred by my State Farm agents. They were kind and cared for me during this heartbreaking news. I trusted them with the decision. Mark and Carlos are honest guys who care about the people. Thank you for your help.

After StateFarm finally agreed to pay for the damages caused by their customer during a red-​light rear end, I selected Pro Quality as my body shop from StateFarm’s list of pre-​approved body shops. Honestly I went with Pro Quality simply due to the proximity to my house, as the damages were really minor.
I’m happy to say I’m VERY impressed and pleased with the guys and the work done at Pro Quality. From the start Mark and his team were very professional and kept me updated via phone with the work being done and the timeline.
In fact when I was at Enterprise I overheard a conversation with the staff and another customer saying that Pro Quality is the best shop in the area.
I dropped off my car on a Monday after work and picked it back up on Friday after work. Originally it was expected to be done 24 hours earlier but on the final muffler check Mark’s team found some unexpected muffler damage and kept the car longer to fix that.
If I have any body work needs in the future (knock on wood I don’t) I’d happily work with Pro Quality again!

I had my first major accident, and chose Pro Quality from the advice of my insurance company. I have to say at the end of the experience, I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED.
I was a difficult client, but they overlooked all of that. They offer a warrantee, which I used, due to some minor issues. No arguments, from my concerns, but just results.
