Ok this is chilies not Ruth Chris ppl! Out of all the chains Friday’s Applebee’s etc chilies is by far the best when it comes to food and drinks. Get the southwestern egg rolls to start with a beer burgers are great! For this type of place compared to the others it’s 5 stars all day! Good food drink and I have never had bad service here! Come it’s cheap and good!

Place is filth. Garbage everywhere. Floors sticky. We waited 45 minutes for our food while half the staff sat around doing nothing. We ordered vegetarian burgers and made it clear no cheese no bacon and extra lettuce and tomato. We got veggie burgers loaded with bacon. No lettuce. No tomato. No good. Both of us immediately felt ill and left. We will not be back. This place is a dump full of lazy employees and clueless chefs.

Been there a couple of times. Not particularly clean. Often ignore people waiting to be seated. Food fair at best. Not the norm but last time we were there my wife’s chicken portion was the size of a quarter. On the plus side the bar is usually on the money.

Wow I was so glad to get off the highway and get a snack. Until I walk to the bathroom and looked into the kitchen.(Photos attached) this place looks like Jane Tappers worst nightmare. So filthy.

Went in for a quick lunch with our toddler. Hostess didn’t look up from her phone when we came in. Once seated we sat there for 15 minutes without even a hello or I’ll be right with you. We finally walked out and no one commented. I don’t blame the staff, I blame management.

first time I have ever eaten at a Chili’s and only because I didn’t want to cross a busy highway to get to a more«refined’ place. Shawn, the bartender was polite, friendly and knew his menu quite well. I had the guacamole dip with chips and draft beer and the carnitas tacos(3) which were pretty good and certainly filling. $ 12.99. Some of the draft beers were«happy hour» specials. All in all, ok, I’ve had a lot worse. happy trails

It’s Chilis. Crowded and cramped, often with a line on the weekends. Noise isn’t bad. Service is par most nights. Food is usually well prepared. Some items that arrive frozen can be a bit sketchy on aroma, like fish and other seafoody items. Menu is varied, best results, stay close to their heart offering of SouthWest style comfort foods. Hopping little bar, some TV’s in dining area for sports. Parking is ok, prices are fine. More consistent than the other branded grilles in the area, but for a great steak experience, look up one of the local steak houses. Large groups are a bit tough at this location, definitely call ahead if you have more than 6 in your party. Have tried their takeout menu, ok, but nothing all that inspiring.

Gross bathroom, filthy restaurant and burnt chicken wings. GROSS!!! Their bathroom was dirtier than the worst gas stations i have ever seen. There was a weird door by the bar that was cut in half. I could see the kitchen littered with empty boxes and trash. And finally we ordered smoked wings that were out in the grill and brunt on one side. Wont see us in Danbury again. The ones in Waterbury and Southington are spotless and the food is always consistent.

Don’t get confused by applebees. They do not have unlimited chips and salsa. Only chilis.

I ate here earlier this evening for dinner — sat at the bar. The bartender, Kevin, was very friendly and pretty attentive. He was taking care of the bar patrons and another bartender was primarily focusing on the service bar. Kevin accommodated my request to substitute avocado instead of chicken on my salad. I was reading a book while having dinner and he was sensitive to not interrupting me. This was an experience you would expect to have when going into Chili’s — it’s your typical chain restaurant.

The two stars is for food. The hospitality of the waitress is worst than a bad restaurant. Being such a big restaurant chain in the US the service is unacceptable. We have ordered a guacamole burger and we got a sausage in it. And the waitress behaved in a rude manner saying that was the order that we have given. Not worth stopping for.

I think they need more help at the bar, in the area for business and sat at the bar and waited over ten minutes and was not even acknowledged. All they had to say is it’s a little busy I will be right with you and I would have stayed. Went over to Outback which was great.

Huge props of appreciation to our server who was extremely upbeat and helpful Melissa. Our Texas Fries where cheese filled as per our liking.

I don’t know why we went here. I guess we were hungry. Nothing worth stopping for.

They did serve us dinner even though they were closing in less than an hour. Our waitress was quite friendly but also left us alone to have conversation. They do have these clever kiosks at the booths where you can order your food or play games to entertain impatient kids. Just don’t launch those games or you will get charged $, as the person taking me found out the hard way. It’s $ 1.99 for that so it can get pricey. I’d come back.

They have free wifi in here, so I took advantage of that and stayed awhile to work while I pulled down some IPAs. Meanwhile, people around me came in and out at a pretty quick pace. Chili’s is almost in between a fast food joint and a sit down restaurant. People ordered TONS of food, cause you can get that here. I eventually ordered the bacon cheeseburger, which was quite good. The fries have a delicious seasoning that is unlike other restaurant fries. I usually roll my eyes at Chili’s, but for what they are, they are pretty damn good at it.

The food is not good, the waiter was not in a good mood and the sevice was pretty bad, the food took forever also asked for juice no ice and they put water on it to be cheap, they think you won’t realize that? That was very upsetting, will never go back.

Horrible horrible. We called in an order took 15, then was left on hold for 15 minutes. Called back to see what was going on. Finished the order asked when it would be ready was told«I don’t know». Should have given up then but we were celebrating someone’s birthday. If you look at the picture YES that is a POOLOFGREASE!!!

After a lousy experience at a much higher priced restaurant around the corner we decided to go to Chilis for dinner last night. There was wait for a table and a waiter promptly saw us after a couple minutes. He was friendly and I’d have to say good at his job. He checked in on us several times, but was never pushy or anything. The food itself was fine, it was pretty standard for a Chilis. Overall, it was a good trip!

Saw bad reviews for this chilis and almost didn’t go. So glad we DID go! This chilis was great! The food was fantastic and the wait wasn’t long at all. The servers were friendly and attentive and all together it was a good experience. I don’t understand all the bad reviews? Maybe they hired new staff recently because it was fine
