Jamba Juice

This past month I have had a serious craving for those sweet sweet fruit smoothies. This location serves up a smoothie swiftly with a smile.

Small Jamba Juice in Ocean Ranch Plaza serving up the same stuff they have at every other location. The staff here is very friendly and helpful.
The Orange Supreme is good to the last drop!

Terrible service. I used to go here often but in the last few months I have noticed the service has become poor. The workers seem inexperienced and are extremely slow at making the smoothies. I was recently here and i was waiting more than fifteen minutes for a small classic smoothie. I will not be coming here anymore.

Went into Jamba Juice today to get a smoothie for a friend. I was yawning and said I need something to wake me up. Alex and Kim and Katie were working and they said we can make you a great wake up drink. So I said great and they made me the best Jamba Juice I’ve ever had. An Orange C Booster, with orange sherbet, fresh squeezed orange juice, energy boost and strawberries. WOW!!! These 3 gals rock!!! I will be back for more.

I love Jamba juice, this location has good customer service, but tonight we came in at about 7pm and ordered our drinks, then decided we all wanted to order a round of wheat grass shots, but the server told us they couldn’t make it because the store owner was making them deep clean all the machines early because the owner of Jamba juice was going to be there in the morning… i guess he forgot a happy customer is more important.
the drinks we ordered were all great, but one of them was suppose to have chia seeds but we couldn’t taste them at all… other then the lack of wheat grass shots, it was a decent experience with great customer service, friendly and professional. it not their fault their boss makes them clean while they are still open.

Still my fave JJ store… everyone is helpful and they know their products well. I’m always happy when I get my yummy smoothie! Love the new green one!

Greeted warmly & coty was eager to accommodate my customized drink. He even made sure I liked it & offered to remake a new one if not! At about $ 5 a smoothie, this level of customer service was really appreciated. Thanks for making me feel better on my sick day!

I really love Jamba Juice in general but I just had to write a review and give some kudos to the customer service at this particular location.
My husband and I went in around 7/​8pm this evening and were greeted by a nice young man who took our order. He was polite, happy, and quick!
Not that I have ever had a bad experience at a Jamba Juice, but this was a step above and I really appreciated it.

My opinion of Jamba Juice has changed greatly for the better over the years as they have added healthier options to their smoothie lineup, like the all fruit smoothies and the fruit and veggie blends, which are really good! Last night I tried the Apples and Greens smoothie for the first time and it was tasty!
I have always received great service at this location.

When I came here yesterday it was all ladies working and they were very sweet. I had the mandatory Pumpkin Smash for this time of the year and it was delicious! I just hate that its sooo damn expensive, $ 5.35 for a original size!!! Anyways, if I am ever back here I will go back in… they were also pretty clean. :)

Smoothie are always great.
Staff friendliness is usually great, have had a few debbie downers but other than that cant complain!

I love this Jamba juice location. I probably saw one of the best examples of customer service I have ever seen here. A woman was holding up the line staring blankly at the menu. Clearly she was making everyone crazy. But, to her rescue– a Jamba hero. This kid was kind and patient. He walked from behind the counter and helped her decide what she was interested in via grandiose hand gestures and smiles. I loved it.
My favorite thing to get here is a 16 oz protein berry work out with soy protein, matcha powder and extra flax and fiber. Unlike some other smoothie places Jamba doesn’t use primarily juice for their smoothie base. Another reviewer was correct in saying that those types of smoothies are in fact, sugar bombs. Jamba allows for mass customization. I highly recommend it for post work out snack.

Honestly, I am giving this Jamba Juice location 5 stars because of Brandi, one of the employees that works there, and the only one out of 3 that would crack a smile. Not only did she smile, but when I went to get a different drink since mine was bad, she was happy to take care of me and suggest a drink that she thought would meet my dietary needs and also taste good. And it was good! Thanks Brandi! If more employees were like you, there would be a lot more successful businesses out there.

I never come to these smoothie places because I think they are just sugar bombs. This being said my cousin had a groupon for yogurt whorles or something like that from jamba juice.
I wasn’t very hopeful at this being any good but we thought we should try it. I ordered the pomegranate blueberry yogurt at first and my cousin ordered something else. A couple minutes later the worker came from the back with prepackaged yogurt bars and said they only had one bar of tart left so one of us would have to choose something different… Uh ok I went with the strawberry which used vanilla yogurt. He says «ok that’s one of the better ones.»
Seeing these prepackaged yogurt bars and him saying one of the better ones didn’t inspire any confidence in me for the product.
In the end it was really good though I guess they smash up the fruit and put it into the yogurt right there and the flavor was really good. I was so surprised! It took along time for him to juice or smash up the fruits or whatever he was doing but it was worth it.

I don’t really like smoothies to start with so 5 stars would have been tough anyway. But after witnessing a cup go from dropped on the floor to back in the stack and a little Jamba attitude at the register, this place is a no go.
