My first visit here was great and the milk tea was good as well so I don’t want to give less than 3 stars, but my recent visit was horrible. Don’t know if the worker woke up on the wrong side of the bed but he was rude. Got my order wrong, my milk tea was watered down and was rude upon giving me my order. I did not complain because it was getting really busy and I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes for my food, so I just got it and left. I guess sometimes it’s a hit or miss.

Not sure if the management read the reviews on Unilocal or what… but today I came here and there’s a square machine — meaning u can pay with card now! no minimum $, no loud chinese/taiwanese/korean music playing. Everything looks cleaner too.

If I can give zero star! The lady was infront of the register chatting away. Never once look around to ask what we would like to order. Then when we finally got her attention. She took our order only to mess it up! When I ask her for my drink she rolled her eyes and made it like I was hallucinating and didnt order the 5th drink… Sigh… Don’t waste your time or money here. their drink taste horrible!

Worst customer service ever! Me and my bf came in around 8pm lastnight and the girl at the front was straight up rude. Not only that but prior to us coming in, she was eating at the register and when she began to take my order she had some, I’m guessing, meat or something in her mouth and she took a napkin while speaking to me and spit it out right in front of me. At least turn around or something! That’s just plain disgusting. Then she took another napkin and started picking out the rest of meat that was in her teeth, STILLWHILETAKINGMYORDER! Then she continues eating finishing her food before beginning to make our drinks! Wtf And to top it off, she charged me and filled my whole cup with boba when I didn’t even ask for it. She did remake it tho but it was all powder at the bottom and wasn’t even a full cup of milk tea. Just took my milk teas and left cause I was so done with this experience after that

Worst boba shop around extremely waters down Thai tea. So upset I thought all quickly followed a recipe I guess this one doesn’t. I came back to return my drinks and I saw a mouse running behind the counter. Swear to god it was discussing

Bad service from uninviting workers with no eye contact that wish they were someone else. Had 5 different milk teas all tasted the same. With the amount of confectionary food items they sell there you would think it would smell sweet. Instead it smelled like a sewer. Closes at 11 but could not cook any fried items at 7pm why close the kitchen 4 hours early?

Came here because the kids wanted popcorn chicken. Their food is not too bad for knowing what you are getting(like fast food with msg, but definitely not fast or quick). Unfortunately the place was in serious need of cleaning(food on the floor, dirty tables, etc.). Two highschool employees were sitting around playing with their phone, chit chatting in Chinese, and the girl running in and out of the place. Is this what you call working? It was not busy of course so they can clean. Food was slow as only one person is cooking but the two at the front did not do anything but take orders, make a tea, and talk playing on their phones. Are they not paid to work? At least wipe, sweep, mop, and clean when there are no customers. The place look filthy!

Man, this review is long overdue. I’ve been coming to this Quickly for almost two years now. Their customer service has always been okay. I don’t expect good customer service when I come here. I’m not one of those people who expect servers/cashiers to smile every time they see me. I’ve been in their position and I get that you sometimes have bad days. A few months ago, I came here around 10:30pm. The girl at the counter who always seem to be in a pissy mood said their«kitchen was closed and they were no longer making drinks.» This didn’t make sense to me. I can understand if the kitchen was closed and they weren’t able to make popcorn chicken or whatever even though their business hours are until 11:00pm. But all I wanted was green milk tea which to my knowledge only requires mixing milk/creamer with pre-made green tea and add in some syrup. Fast forward to today, Oct. 3rd, 2015 @ 9:40pm. We came here to get spam musubi, fish balls, strawberry rose tea and green milk tea. We walked to the counter and saw the SAME girl. She looked angry and acted like she didn’t want to be there. We wanted earl grey milk tea as well. To which she responded«we don’t have it» in a rude manner. Moreover, my strawberry rose tea came with no ice. But I didn’t bother complaining because I already knew how she was going to react Later on, she turned up the music volume just so she can yell at another coworker. Like I said, I understand that some people have bad days. But it seems like this same girl has issues that I can’t fathom because she acts this way EVERYTIMEWITHEVERYONE. I’ve had to deal with this girl like 4 times and she acted this way every time. I’m sure I’m not the first person nor the only person to complain about her. If she keeps this up, she’s only going to drive the customers away.

This place use to be just ok. The drinks weren’t too bad but not the best but they definitely give you a lot of chicken with your order for the price which was the best part. Recently I came back here for a drink but did not end up with a drink. My review is mostly on their customer service. The first time, I came in and was waiting by their register but the girl was too busy making other orders and another older lady walked up but started conversing with the other girl completely ignoring me so I walked out to go to class. I came back a few hours later on a break and the only girl behind the cash register was talking to her friends and was not paying attention to people waiting in line. I gave up trying to get a drink and left. This place really tests your patience and usually I’m good at the waiting game… Never coming back here unless this is the last place that sells boba.

Like most Quickly stores, this one is pretty terrible. Service is S.L.O.W., the place is dirty, and the employees are overworked or lazy or both. The bubble tea is okay but nothing to write home about. The tapioca is fine but definitely not as fresh as other places. Take your money across the street to Sheng Kee Bakery and get some fresh baked goods along with a truly good bubble tea with nice employees. Trying to park on Southgate in front of Quickly is also a waste of time. You can always find a spot in the Home Depot or Safeway parking lot(and go to Sheng Kee instead).

Contemplating if they even deserve two stars. For starters, my boyfriend and I came in and there was no line. I was browsing through the list of different milk teas and was not greeted by the cashier with blonde highlights. If I’m entering your store and literally at the cash register the least you could do is ask if I’m ready. So as I’m starring at her showing that I’m ready to order she goes to the back and literally plops a seat to chat with her coworker. It wasn’t until I had to cough and glare at them is when they actually helped me. Mind you it wasn’t even in the girl in the beginning. Some advice: please learn the basics of customer service. I know it is a hassle but the least you can do is be mindful thay you are working. Get off your phone!

I’ve come here a couple times because I live in the area, and to be honest I don’t even know why I bother anymore. Service is terrible here. The girl at the counter is always sitting playing with her phone and she speaks so quietly you can barely understand her. Today is just one of those days that annoy the heck out of me so I decided to take comfort in a cold quicklys beverage. I got to the shop 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open, and they were still closed. Okay whatever. Then we get in and we’re told something isn’t ready so we can’t even order drinks for another half hour. Really? You’re open but the thing you offer most variety of isn’t ready yet. If you want quicklys don’t go here. From now on I’ll be using my gas to truck over to the San Bruno Quicklys. This establishment really isn’t worth the time.

5 stars all go straight to Christine– she’s always so nice, attentive, and has a smile on her face when she’s helping her customers! She never lets a long line and tons of customers intimidate her. She deserves a raise! However, «Stacy»(the worker who always wears a hat,) should definitely get fired. Came in on 6⁄29: 12:00PM — doors were closed/facility was dark. Unilocal and their hours posted on their door says they open at 12. 12:15– doors finally open, I order a milk tea and Stacy says drinks aren’t ready and will take half an hour to make. 12:50– I come in, Stacys on her phone, drinking an orange colored drink from a Quickly cup. I’m standing at the counter and she doesn’t see me because she’s too busy enjoying her drink and on her phone. I eventually ask her if the drinks are ready, and she says«no, 20 more minutes.» I ask her what she’s drinking and she says«it’s a drink she made from home. She brought her own milk.» Clearly looked like a Thai tea to me. Currently on my way to Serramonte Quickly to get a milk tea. I honestly only come to this location because of Christine. If it weren’t for her, I definitely would have been supporting other locations instead because all the other workers here are rude. Thanks Christine for always giving the best service :)

Service– Slow service and cashier isn’t very helpful. Asked what hot tea she recommend and she said whatever you like and she rather be making egg tarts instead of answering my question. She basically answered my questions with her back towards me where I couldn’t even hear what she was saying. Pretty rude. Her English wasn’t very good so I spoke with her in Mandarin and she was still rude. Location — a bit messy. Item Ordered — only ordered a hot peach green tea and been waiting for 10 mins.

I’m not sure how this location has any Unilocal stars at all. Sure the things and MILLIONS of food options are relatively cheap, but I would rather deprive myself of boba for a month than come here. While the tea is not the worst I’ve had(not sure how much you can mess that up anyways) the boba was HORRIBLE. It was mushy and stuck together so it ended up as a clump at the bottom of my cup, uneaten by the end of my torturous experience. It’s ridiculous how thin they have stretched themselves in terms of what variety of drinks and food they offer. Quickly was(I’m assuming) designed to be a boba place, and if they can’t even get their staple food correct, then they shouldn’t be offering all those other things. P. S. Their menu is fascinating to read, though. You’ll get a good laugh with your friends if you stare at it long enough.

Really bad boba here. It’s mushy and stuck together meaning that either they really over cooked it or it’s old! Either way, I think they tried to cover way too many things. The menu is a smörgåsbord and not a good one. They serve anything from simple tea to banh mi to fries and onion rings. Just trying to do way too much. Maybe the other things are good, but if they can’t do their signature well, I’m not even going to attempt anything else. I guess the only thing going for this place is that it is cheaper than other boba shops in the area.

Average Quickly’s location in Daly City Overall, a decent Quickly’s chain location. The place is ok, with much more items on the food menu than most other Quickly locations. The quality of the drinks was decent as well – nothing out of the blue, pretty much as expected. The wait time for getting your drink after you order is also decent. Being one of the few quickly’s in the area, this place is generally crowded. Not a bad place to stop by for a quick cup of bubble tea if you happen to pass by.
