Just your average panda. Average staff. Average food.

This place is the best! It’s my favorite panda location! The staff is always super friendly and this one has really fast service. I’m always in and out within 5 minutes. The food is delicious. I came here two days in a row at one point because it was so good. I am so happy that this panda opened. Plus they’re open pretty late!

2 stars cause of convenience. I always either go to this one or the one at stonestown and order the noodles, orange chicken & Beijing beef. It’s gross, at stonestown the beef is so good and kinda crunchy. Here it’s always way too soft, like they drown it in sauce & leave it too long. Imma start going to bk whenever I come over, don’t try this panda!

Terrible service. Food is never prepared. Told me mandarin chicken would be done in 5 minutes and I waited almost 20 minutes for it. Food is cold now. When the chicken was finally finished, they served it to people in line before my plate(which was waiting cold). Terrible management!!!

I’m to lazy to cook after I come from the gym and I’m to lazy to walk into Safeway. So I go into Panda Express and get a to go box instead of a dining in plate because the portions are bigger. And when you finish working out you just want to eat a gargantuan amount of food right away because your starving. The food is standard fast food Chinese. But the staff are what save this place. They are all really polite and well mannered. I’ve never waited more than five minutes for my food they move as efficient as you possibly can. It’s the customers with the super picky orders that hold the line up. Time and time again its customers asking for separate containers because they don’t want a food touching the other food. Or asking for a fresh batch of fried rice when half a bowl of it is still for sale. Or when orange chicken isn’t finished cooking yet and people throw fits about how they need to cook food faster. Or when people ask for a sample of every dish. It’s the customers that make the line slow not the workers.

It’s 3 pm and almost every dish is empty. What they do have out has been sitting out for a while. The Beijing beef is Beijing sheet rock!!! Small portions and bad service. How about cooking some food? Bad panda!!!

This place irritates me. The hours on the door say 9:30 — 10:00 yet Unilocal says they open at 10am! The manager here needs to get their crap together. Food is typical of Panda Express.

As other locations, the food is tasty, not greasy and most of all always fresh. Considering that this is a fast food chain, the attention to the calories and to the vegetarian palates is a plus that I really appreciate. I really enjoyed the eggplant and tofu, I paired with rice for a healthy and gluten free meal!

Beware the server not honest, she pretend she giving you extra pieces of chicken then when you turn your back she returns it back. Trying to save a few penny to loose a dollar is foolish.

I didn’t know they serve crunchy walnut shirm now. It is so crunchy that my plastic fork broke and I almost ate it. I always get it when I go to Panda express, but this time I didn’t like their walnut shirmp. So crunchy and it tasted old.

Well I stopped coming after they switched to the shallow trays. However I came today to buy take out and it looks like the old square take out boxes are back! There was no line at 7:45 pm so I was in and out in a jiffy. Minus one star for the cashier for giving me grief about a torn $ 5 bill. He didn’t want to take it until I asked, «what’s wrong with it?» It’s not counterfeit! Then he took it. Really, tape it up and deposit it at the bank. The bank will return it to the Treasury to be taken out of circulation. Don’t these people understand how these things work? Food was too spicy. Just meh.

The line was FOREVER. And the food not even worth waiting for. The cashier was very sassy and didn’t seem to enjoy his job in the least bit, though neither would I with such crappy management. No Panda line should take 30 minutes.

I’ve always been iffy about this location from the get go. But tonight just made me realize that I do not like this location. They started using there new plates that don’t hold much at all. granted the portions never were humongous but this just takes the cake. Refer to my picture for portion sizes. Plus there’s this one lady who bombards you with questions while you’re being served by someone else. «WHATENTREE? FORHEREORTOGO!» Meanwhile the original server is also asking the same questions. Like, step off and stop making yourself look busy. End rant

Panda Express will never be better than just A-OK. It is Panda Express after all… It pains me whenever I go here since I live so close to San Francisco and all of their foodie goodness. But as a last resort or when the husband gets the occasional craving, off to Panda Express it is! The chow mein is just okay. Our last batch of it was kind of undercooked. I am a grown 25 year old woman and the children’s meal is always enough to fill me up. They recently brought back the honey sesame chicken breast and it was pretty good! I threw some sriracha on it when I got home and it made for a pleasant sweet and spicy flavor. So, if I really had the choice I would probably go somewhere else for my Chinese food fix, but this location is clean and the workers always seem to be friendly so it’ll do!
