Claire’s

This Claire’s is the best in the area! There are always fewer patrons here since it is not a part of a big shopping center. In addition, I have never come across an associate that wasn’t inviting, friendly, and helpful. These are the reasons I will keep coming back to this claire’s!
I had my first and second cartilage piercing done at this location. Every time, the service has been attentive, clean, and thorough. I had my most recent experience with Kat who pierced my cartilage. She was extremely nice and patient, especially during the holiday seasons when stores are really busy. ~ Kudos, Kat! I definitely recommend everyone to get their ears pierced here.

Well it’s a Claires so you know what you’re getting into before stepping into the place. It’s a great spot to find cheap (in price and quality) hair items and jewelry. My daughter loves coming here and it’s cheaper than Peninsula Beauty supply. This Claire’s is clean and organized and the staff is pretty nice.

I didn’t have a good experience here. The employers were overly cautious with me and kept following me and my friend throughout the store. There was an elderly fillipino man and a young fillipino woman working there that seemed to be suspicious of me and it made me really offended and uncomfortable. I felt judged based on my ethnicity.
Also, they’re products suck.:-p

I like this Claire’s way more than the one at Stonestown!

My second cartilage piercing in as many years. Last year, I had it done on New Year’s Eve at the Claire’s at Stonestown. This year, New Year’s Day at Westlake Shopping Center. I actually stopped by Claire’s at Stonestown first and found them to be rude. Called up Westlake, spoke to Erica and off we went to Westlake. I’m so glad we did. It was quick and painless and Erica had a great personality. Plus, she had a teddy bear for me to hold on to while she gave me cartilage piercing #2.
Hope she sticks around and will be around in 2012 when I go back for #3!

Good stuff. Out of all the Claire’s stores in the San Francisco area, this one is the neatest, least crowded/​cramped, and quietest. Like all the stores, they carry low quality cosmetics, but cute accessories targeted toward younger people (but occasionally, something sophisticated may be stocked). They also have a great clearance section, where not everything is broken, lame, or ugly. The person who works here is nice, too, and the good thing is, no one is going to stare at you for coming out of there twenty bucks lighter, since it’s usually pretty empty.

Don’t be afraid to get your wedding jewelry here (for yourself or for your 50 bridesmaids). They have a good selection of fancy jewelry that are extra sparkley, trendy, and cheap. Don’t worry, they will last the wedding day. I even got my tiara here for $ 10, while the David’s Bridal 5 minutes away charges $ 150 for the same thing. And the best part is, no one will ever know you got your jewelry at Claire’s. Well, everyone knows it about me now after this review.
