I realize that the food that you get at fast food and drive through windows is a crap shoot. Even though I’ve never worked at one, I can fully appreciate how hard people who work in them try to do the best that they can. But last night, I went here because as usual their competitor just a couple of blocks away always has cars trailing clear out to the far curb waiting in line In and Out Burgers. I chose Car’s because I didn’t have the time to wait at I&O although after last night I should have an do not intend to frequent CJr’s again. When I drove up, I was the only car. The guy on the speaker was inaudible. I order a combo that came to $ 14WTF is that all about for just a burger, soda and fries. Once I arrived at the window, the order took longer than 15 minutes. These guys where bumping into each other trying to figure out what to do. I could see that another car pulled in behind me. Only a couple of customers inside the restaurant so I wasn’t sure what was taking so long. Then the guy who started my order, the Manager I guess because he was wearing all black — hands over my order to the guy in red uniform to finish it up as in payment etc. Then they both leave the window and I wait and I wait and I wait. The manager guy walks over to the window thrust the drink and straw to hand to me and the bag. Never says sorry for the wait or anything. Now, the combo in my opinion is way over priced for some place like this from the beginning and after my order comes available. That was enough to turn me off. Its no mystery to me why everyone was down the block and not there.

After at least 7 years of coming here for low carb burgers and friendly staff, which no other fast food chain comes close, I will never eat here ever again. Despite the fact that 8 out of 10 times they messed up my orders I would still come back because like I said, for low carb they can’t be beat flavor wise. On my very last drive through visit, sitting in the parking lot, I realize they messed up my order(again). No biggie I’m used to it by now. I go to the window to get the butter pickles which are the key ingredient to the Six Dollar Burger, which the cook forgot. I finally get my now cold burger together and on the very last bit of it, I bite down onto a bit of bone which cracked at least a quarter piece of one of my molars clean off! If this had happened inside the restaurant I could have had them call their insurers to pay for it. But as it happened off property I’m schlonged for the cost. I never gave up on you guys irregardless of the lack of consistency in order correctness. Never again CJ’s. I’ll be honest it saddens me to have to do this but it’s for the best. Goodbye Carl’s Jr. Goodbye forever.

Next time I am hungry and in the area, I will DEFINITELY wait in line at In & Out! Ordered the 5pc chkn tender combo(first time ever) and what I immediately noticed was that there was more than 5 «tenders» in the box. Don’t know if I got the crumbs at the bottom of the bag, or what the deal was? There was maybe 3 less than decent pieces of chkn and the rest were small pieces of mostly breading. The oil apparently had not been changed in a while either becuz the breading as well as the fries was extra dark and just tasted bad. I had to take as much of the breading off as I could just to make my food bearable. Also, the older Asian lady(who is NOT Benjamin like it says on my receipt) taking my order was a lil too much in a hurry! About 30 secs after being told«Ok, let me know when you are ready» she starts in with«Are you there?» So I order and every time I take pause or deep breath she starts, «Hello? Hello? You there?» Mind you– there is NOONEINLINE at the drive thru behind me!!! And you’re open 24 hrs– you AREN’T GOINGANYWHERE lady!

Worst service, worst food. A Bunch of kids playing around behind register and in the kitchen. They got my order wrong 3 times in a row. I should have just left. The food was cold. I threw it out!

I’m not the only one with the small chicken tenders. On top of that I ordered 10 pieces and received 6 pieces. I also ordered a charbroiled chicken sanwhiche and received a fish fellet which is just not acceptable. On top of that we told them at the window about what they did and they just avoided us and closed their window. Horrible place. Need needed management staff and honestly just shouldn’t be there. It’s disgusting. Mercedes needs to be reconsidered as well, she runs everyone away.

Store hours say open at 6 am. It’s 6:15 and I’m still waiting for them to open. I tried ordering once when they asked what i would like to order and then lady said hold on she will get someone. Still waiting to order. And who knows how long it will take to actually get the food after I order it. Waited over 20 mins and finally left without ordering anything. The lady said the cook never showed up.

Big burger with a lot of toppings mixed in with awesome sauce. That’s right. This is definitely the place to go if you have a hangover. This stuff sticks to your bones and keeps you regular. Just ordering from here is exciting. Word of advice, if you haven’t b tried the chili cheese fries please do. Dip it in the cheese.

I love this place cuz its 24hrs, and since I work graveyards it’s always nice to have a place to grab some grub before I go home after a long night at work. Unfortunately this location loves to pick a random day during a random week where nothing works and all they can serve is ‘fries and drinks’. This has happened to me maybe 2 – 3 times in the past month where I randomly decide to go here to eat. Really disappointing, honestly. Next time instead of making us wait you should probably put a sign up saying you cant serve certain foods so people wont have to wait at the drive thru for nothing.

Are you all crazy? Don’t eat here unless you want heart disease, high cholesterol, zits from the grease and a fat belly with jelly rolls on your thighs. Just say no. Don’t let the Carl’s junior monkey get on your back.

Still one of the places to come if you are hungry. Wanting a teriyaki burger, both turkey and beef. One of each. The turkey burger came out rather dry. But no BFD the beef burger came out good. I split out both burger with my auntie. So we had a taste of both. She agreed that the turkey was rather dry. We also had fried zuchs. wasn’t bad fresh but only came in a small size. I don’t mind the wait. The wait is worth it. For good food and cooked right. I enjoyed the fact that Mariah behind the counter asked if I wanted all the ingredients on the burger, and even broke down what was in the burger. You never get that in a fast food place. So Thank You. I have to keep in mind that they also have the green buritto here. Mental note to give it a try. An yes it is messy but so so good,

1) I ordered a sandwich and asked if I could have sausage instead of ham featured in the picture menu. She said yes. That was the only reason I ordered it, or else I would have ordered something else. BAM! The sandwich had ham. 2) There were no cars behind me, but I was rushed through my order. I wanted to ask if the cheesecake was on the breakfast menu because it was a «featured item» on top next to the breakfast menu but looked like a lunch item. As soon as I ordered the sandwich, she gave me the price and told me to pull up. Wait up, lady. I didn’t finish ordering. So I asked her about the cheesecake on the menu, to which she just said«$ 4 total, pull up please» THREE more times. What was the rush? I hadn’t finish ordering. Since she obviously didn’t want to take my additional order and kept rushing me, I just pulled up. She was nice enough to put a coupon in the bag, so 2 star for that. They obviously just want to rush you through the drive-through window and don’t care if they got your order correct. Ham sandwich was BAD.

Just got back after ordering chicken tenders. They barely make themselves a nugget. I don’t care I that I may be a little hungry still, I am mad you charge 8 dollars for 5 piece tenders that come out looking miserable. If you didn’t have the right size or enough just tell me. I can get something else! I know sometimes it’s corporate but this was really bad. Quality was poor. You get two stars cause your staff was actually nice.

This place has the absolute best biscuits in the morning! The biscuits originated in the south at Hardee’s, the sister restaurant to Carl’s Jr. They are called«made from scratch biscuits.» Try the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I like to add sliced tomato and mayonnaise. Sometimes I will even add bacon to it. Don’t even get me started on how good their hamburgers are!

The best experience ever! This guy came out of the kitchen just to assure me that he made everything fresh for me! Fries were so hot

How fucking stupid can you be? No! Seriously? ! I showed up to the drive through with a simple order. Simple. Santa Fe chicken sandwich meal, Sprite no ice. Bam! I ended up getting some other shit! I understand people have bad days, but how do you mess up the entire order? ! Not to mention when I reached home, I opened the bag to find something I have never ate in my life!(I dont eat beef or pork; Hinduism). Not to mention, the cravings you get when your pregnant, and all you want to make you feel like the world wont end is a fat burger! Just stop messing me order.

This review is apparently not based off of décor or the food… instead it is based off of the lousy and rude customer service I experienced. I have never been to this particular store, but the service was beyond unprofessional, slow and bad. I won’t be coing to this exact restaurant again. Good day sir!

This review is based on the worker. Rude ass lady. Her name was Mercedes. Pulled up to the drive thru and was taking a look at the menu. She couldn’t hear us ask for a minute to look over the menu so we had to yell it a couple times. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fried zucchini, chili cheese fries and a medium sprite. Our order comes out and we ask for our sprite and she claims we ordered medium fries and not a sprite. I look into our bag and there’s not even any medium fries. Plus, why would we order chili cheese fries and another medium fries?! Bitch got hearing problems and tried to argue with us. When I repeated our order nicely she rushed me and rolled her eyes at me. She asked for our bag back and gladly I gave it since there weren’t even medium fries in the bag in the first place. No apology or anything once she realized she was wrong. No napkins, no condiments for dipping. Wtf lady. Learn some manners. Don’t work here if you’re just gonna get orders wrong and roll your eyes and not apologize. So rude

First off, the food is AMAZING! Large menu to choose from, including desserts. They even have Strawberry Fanta! Rating the food alone, they get 5 stars. The service leaves a lot to be desired. They mixed up my order, and took 10 minutes to get it right. Once they finally got me the right burger, my fries were already cold. I was given no apologies for the mix up. They acted like it was no big deal. The health score wasn’t very good either. They were cited for food debris left in sinks, and from what I saw when I visited the restroom, it’s just not a very clean place. I will definitely return to Carl’s Jr, but probably not that location.

Decided to pick up a burger after watching all those provocative commercials on television. The place was completely deserted when I arrived. I decided to grab a double western bacon burger with extra bacon. The burger was bland at best and the bacon didn’t look too appealing either. Half the time I was eating this, I was contemplating whether I should have gotten something else. Probably not coming back anyone soon.
