Was put on hold for about 4 min, only when I called back my order was taken. Then even after that the girl was a little pushy with her suggestions (example sides).
I suppose I was desperate. Chicken wings. Oh the cravings.

This place is absolutely disgusting! I ordered wings with sauce, not chicken coated in 1⁄3rd cup of cooking oil… Yes, I Actually measured it. Please do not ever eat at this establishment. I added a picture of the oil in one of the boxes of wings, I placed it into the container they serve ranch in, and it fills the container. I did not include the oil left in the bottom of the box, or that leaked onto the bag.
Thank you Wing stop for ruining my appetite for any restaurants, never eating out again, I feel sick to my stomach.

Wing stop used to be good, decent food at decent price however those two split ways with price going up and quality nose diving. We ordered a family pack and felt like we got ½ pound of chicken for 30 dollars. And two soggy potatoes cut up and left out to wilt. We ordered to go and felt like they took the food from the trash. Cold unappealing and a bigger let down than I could describe. Go to pluckers or even Buffalo Wild Wings. This place is an F

I am a long time WingStop fan, but this location is disappointing more often than it is not, and I have given it at least 10 tries because it is so close to my house. For example, last night when I called to place my order I was told it would be ready in 18 minutes. Within 15 minutes I had picked up my order of half cajun/​half lemon pepper wings with a side of fries. When I got home and opened the bag I could tell it was going to be a bad night for my wings. The wings were barely seasoned, and the cajun ones had barely any sauce on them. I then moved onto the fries which also had not been seasoned. To add insult to injury they were all limp and luke warm. I would not be surprised if they had been sitting around for a while before they had been bagged up for me. I think this business does not care about food quality for its take out customers. I’m going to start going to the Lemon Ave location because I have not had this problem there.

I am a huge WingStop fan HUGE, but please take my advice and utilize another location. By far the worst customer service I have ever seen at a Wingstop. Oh and I have given this location not one, not two, not even three chances. Go to another location for yummy Wingstop wings. On hold at lunch for 15 minutes. HORRIBLE!!!

Horrible location, just horrible. Customer service here is so bad. The store hour says they close at midnight, so why aren’t they answering their phones? The girl who was working «locked up early» and we witnessed her refusing to answer the phone and customers knocking on the door. I rather make a longer drive than order from this specific location again. The owner of this location should find better employees because they will lose valuable customers, just saying. (I really wish I can give them 0 stars)

I have gotten wings here before that are fantastic but now have second thoughts after tonight. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I am putting up a picture of my meal as well as I have almost a cup of cooking oil in my wings that was given to me. The bag was soaked and leaking which leaked in my car. SUCKS. They do use strainers still right? Not cool.

Am a once a month regular at this store, and recently had a couple of hiccups with service and order accuracy. After sending an e-​mail to the owner, she immediately responded with clear concern and really went out of her way to make things right.
The quality of food is great, always hot and ready when we arrive to pick it up. The fries are the best, love their ranch and the variety of wing sauces is the best around. This is one of my favorite «take out» options for dinner around here, and it’s my pleasure to support a business owner who truly cares about her customers and the success of her store.
In the Lower Greenville area, this should be go to for wings.

I was used to going to a wing stop in mesquite OMG favorite place… I went to this place in Ross ave my suprice was wings here are are mostly bone dry and tasteless horrible wings like they dont care about quality. To bad I notice until I got home if not I would defently question the manager.

Nothing pairs better with Football Sunday than a huge order of wings! I love their original hot and Cajun seasoning! I recommend you have them add Cajun spice to your fries! It is so good!
I always call in the order and it’s ready in 15 min or less!

I’ve always loved WingStop just can’t stand the small wings. My favorite flavored are lemon pepper, and original hot. The french fries have a unique seasoning and go great with their house made ranch dressing.

Sometimes they toss the wings so fast no sauce actually lands. I’ve had saucing issues with this location more than once. They’re ok though. No reason to give them less than three stars. No reason to give them more.

This was my second decadent experience at Wing Stop and I definitely wasn’t disappointed. Wing Stop’s lovely choice of flavors makes me stand there dumbfounded for a few minutes. I finally gave in and went with the usual original hot while my boy chose the lemon pepper wings. The meal itself came with an order of fries that are just out of this world. Who else puts sugar on their fries? Sounds strange doesn’t it?
The location isn’t the best in town, and there’s some limited seating but I wouldn’t mind trekking down the street to grab me some more delicious wings.
