I decided to utilize them because of the good location and cleanliness and also to support a small business. They don’t accept phone payments which is extremely inconvenient for someone who works a lot and are never friendly when I come in to pay. There are WASPS everywhere around the units which makes for an even more stressful experience every time I went to my unit. I finally moved all of my stuff out of there yesterday and just posted it on Craigslist so I could stop dealing with these people and pay their exorbitant rates. I am 7 months pregnant and so it is not easy to move much and I really don’t want to get stung by the swarms of wasps surrounding my upstairs unit, and so I left 4 old glasses and a broken ironing board in the unit. Today, I get a rude voicemail from Allie, one of the employees, telling me that they are going to charge me if I don’t come pick up my stuff. I called back to calmly explain why I left the 5 items in the unit and she said that she «just works there» and that it doesn’t matter that I’m pregnant, if still be charged. Seriously?
