This place has by far the lowest customer service skills I’ve ever encountered in the pharmacy world. I’ve been going here for over a year now and there is an issue every single time. They are extremely slow, they don’t acknowledge you when you arrive, they are short and give unprofessional instructions. They get one extra star because the prices are great. But the experience is terrible.

I have been going to the pharmacy to fill our family prescription drugs and the people at the pharmacy are always very rude and can’t never have the medication ready or they take forever to take your information. very rude and lazy emplyees.

The customer service is horrendous. I will NEVER shop here again. In the past we have had bad customer service here, but today took the cake. A male checker yelled at my wife for having beer in her cart. We moved here from Las Vegas not too long ago where you can buy alcohol anywhere at any time. We had no clue there is a law here stating you cannot buy beer until 11am on Sundays. The checker yelled at my wife screaming, «You can’t buy this! What are you doing?! I should make you put this back!» The man in front of her was nice enough to explain the law as the checker continued to fume and yell. She apologized saying she didn’t know. He continued to make a scene. She was so upset she didn’t know what to do. We are so upset we will NEVER shop here again. I will make sure I tell all of my neighbors that shop here about this. No one should ever yell at a customer, especially a female one. She is so hurt and embarrassed. Thank you for making my wife cry.

I always walk in planning to buy one or two items but I seem to come out with an entire cart full. This Walmart is smaller than a Supercenter but it has exactly what I need. The lines are not long and self checkout is easy. The staff is super helpful. In and out in the breeze.

Walmart is addictive. It makes you crazy and angry, but you still find yourself going back for more. Walmart Neighborhood Markets are a good way to get just what you need without getting aisle rage or seeing inappropriate things. They’ve taken a Super Walmart and made it ¼ of the size to include only your essentials. Food, laundry detergent, personal items, a few lightbulbs, cookware, school supplies, and a few automotive goods. It’s like going into a Walgreens or CVS, except they have groceries and fresh produce! Despite the smaller size, it’s hard to notice that anything is missing because you can still find exactly what you need. It might not be the brand you wanted, but you will still find what you need. I like this location because they keep things in stock. Parking is also easy and I’ve never ever waited in a checkout lane.
