They keep messing up the prescriptions, they charge for them, and when we went back to ask about the missing medications they reply with we didn’t have them or we didn’t have refills. Yet, they still charged them. Note: this happens with new prescriptions too. They also don’t accept most insurance plans and they overcharge on certain medications. Also I graduated from university and my pharmacist over at the university called in to send my prescriptions but they never answered them or myself. They will have you on hold for hours at a time and they end up hanging up on you. Two of my friends worked at the pharmacy and quit because of unethical practices. One of them threatened to not say anything if he didn’t want to be heavily fined by their lawyers. Don’t waste your time here. The only reason my mom and sister are with them is because of the health insurance and doctor sending them here. Also, the staff needs an attitude change because they are really rude. They act like they hate everyone and their job.

Don’t bother calling the store for help or with any type of questions was on hold with the pharmacy for over 30 minutes, hung up called the store not going through the pharmacy, lady picked up I told her I had been on hold with the pharmacy for over 30 mins while the line irking ally said only 1 call was ahead of me. What do you think this person did, she put me on hold for another 15 Mins I hung up called back they pick up the phone and put you straight into hold don’t even answer to say thank you for calling Walgreens it was LITERALLY someone picked up the phone and pressed hold like nothing. I’m about to drive to this damn store and I guarantee you I’ll still be on hold till I get inside that storE!

WORSEPHARMACYINTHEWORLD!!! The pharmacy tech are idiots they have gave me other people RX I’ve called to complain and they do nothing. The customer service is absolutely horrible the tech are alway to busy having convos about their personal issue then to help.

Thîs store has the worst customer service hands down. If you try and call the pharmacy you will be on hold at least twenty minutes. Today I dropped off a prescription and the only girl working said it would take two to three hours before it would be ready for pick up because she was the only one working the pharmacy. This is cold and flu season and they have ONE person working the pharmacy. The girl actually asked me to go online and complain about them being short staffed. This is the last time I will ever enter this store !!!
