Customer service here is beyond excellent. They will take the time to understand what you know and explain what you need. The first time I went, I walked out with what felt like a world of knowledge and the appropriate build for what I needed at the time. I’ve been going back for their flavors ever since. Now that I might need another upgrade, I’m definitely going back and asking them to help me find what I need! Wonderful shop setup, awesome service. You can even earn points toward discounts on liquids!

I looked everywhere for a place that would have a wide verity and accessories for my e-​cig. I finally called Dallas Vapor and sure enough they had the biggest selection of everything, things most places didn’t have including sleeves for your battery and at a great price. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Defiantly going back, I’ll be a long time customer!

This is my go to spot for anything e-​cig. The staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgable. They offer tons of great flavors and a great variety of e-​cigs. Whenever I’ve had issues with mine, they’ve always been very patient in educating me while fixing the problem.
They also have a point system where when you make purchases it accumulates points redeemable towards discounts for juice purchases. This too is pretty awesome.
Overall, great products, great prices, and amazing staff.

3 stars for carrying what I needed. –2 for selling it to me at authentic price but selling a fast tech clone. My center post was twisted, o-​ring was incorrect also on RDA top so I had to stop by an auto parts store, buy different seals and trim them to fit right. Nice folks and nice shop.

Best juice, staff and owner in Dallas. They are very knowledgeable and, personable. Every single time you walk in the door, it’s like you stopped by the home of a good friend. It’s a great experience of shopping, learning about vapor and they always leave you looking forward to your next visit with them. If you have never been, you should go soon. It’s worth a first visit, and more visits that are sure to follow after the first one.

Awesome vape shop they have everything from starter kits to crazy rebuildables. The staff are all very friendly and welcome all to come and hang out on their couch where they can enjoy a nice vape in a small locally owned store. Good job vapor Dallas!
