Horrible customer service with the owners Sam & Sean. I dropped off a new $ 198 shift for dry cleaning that had pleats on it. When I got it back they had released all pleats. After having them redo it 5 times and getting it back with stain tags on it the owns told me that there was nothing they could do. I offered to let them replace the shift, redo the shirt, or pay for another company to correct their mistake and they said no. Will never take anything here again!

I can’t say enough about this place. The staff is great, quality product, the prices are inexpensive, and they are transparent about what they cost. If they every make a mistake, which is rare, they always make right by you.

I went to this dry cleaners for the first time a few days ago and was impressed. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and same day service without an additional fee. Definitely going back

Great staff. Very friendly and prompt. They do a quality job at an affordable price point. Good stuff. If I were you, I would hop on this bandwagon. Check-in to get coupons they honor in-store. Woosah.

Nice folks. Was quite pleased at first. After several visits I noticed a deterioration in the quality of their work. Then last week they killed my favorite tie. Most likely won’t be coming back.

They might have nice ppl up front(Alex), but the manager/owner is an absolute prick. After ruining 2 pairs of slacks and failing to get any of my shirt stains out, he offered ZERO apology. The only thing he did do was try to reassure me that it was in fact, my fault that the slacks were bleached and ruined. Never, ever use this location next to Subway & Dodies in Lakewood.

Moving to Lower Greenville I struggled to find a cleaners. The cleaners on Henderson ruined my clothes after 2 visits, so I decided to try this place. What an improvement. Not only do they have less then 24 hour turn around, their alterations are really fast and look great. I have never seen a company so open to feedback and wanting to do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. Im now cleaning clothes I would have normally just hand washed.

The service is amazing. I have been coming here for years and I have never had any issue with any of my clothes. I always get great service and they know me by name. I have recommended them to my coworkers and friends and they all agree best cleaners in town.

Outrageous prices with adequate service. Monthly coupon is only for limited items which is always so misleading and regular prices are more then anyone else in the neighborhood. $ 7.99 for a simple pant suit and $ 3.99 for a scarf.

I’m the kind of office drone who has to wear a suit to work every day. That means I go through a lot of shirts that need to go to the cleaners. I go there because it’s close and convenient, but I recommend it because of the excellent quality of service. The guy at the front knows my name, and I know his. It’s Alex. Alex also knows the names of almost everyone else I’ve seen in there, probably because he works from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day except Sunday. None of my clothes have ever been lost or damaged, which is about all I expect from a dry cleaner. Their«in by 9, ready by 5» policy has never failed me, either. Quick tip: if the front door is locked during business hours, Alex is next door at Subway and he’ll be right back. Although I admire his work ethic, I do not condone his acceptance of Subway.

U.S. Cleaners(Greenville Ave) is the nearest cleaners to my house so I wanted to give them a shout out because I left a few garments well over 30 days, it was more like 96. I just think it was cool of them that they didn’t try to sell my shirts(light-starch) on E-Bay or gave’em to that guy in front of 7 – 11 that screams Hillary Clinton is the devil and if I can give him a dollar because he ran out of gas and needs to get to Oklahoma… three years ago. So thank you U.S. Cleaners! They do a great job and Alex at the counter always has a smile on his face and if my DNA structure turned out different I’d take him out for some shrimp as long as his DNA structure was in lined with mine. But one thing sure got my goat though, the other morning I was looking for something to read, you know during that special alone time after your morning coffee kicks in, when I came across one of the plastic bags that my shirts came in. On it was printed, «THISBAGISNOT A TOY» My first thought was, whoever made this decision sure doesn’t have a active imagination and during this time of technology where all toys have a screen or power cord on them, it just plain made me mad. Take my four year old; he loves to play with the plastic cleaners bags. It’s so cute how Little Mort will not go anywhere without his plastic U.S. Cleaners Sheet, the second I get home from the cleaners, which is like every three months, he’ll come running into the kitchen with what he calls«growd up» scissors ready to cut off the plastic, then under the kitchen sink he goes where his imagination takes over. What will it be today a space capsule, a deep sea expedition or will he be a mad scientist working on his latest experiment? Just the other day you should have seen how adorable he looked curled up on the back dashboard of the car with his plastic sheet on the way to poison control making mummy sounds. So don’t try to tell me what a toy is or what is not a toy, a child’s imagination should be exercised and challenged everyday! The world is getting soft and soon we’ll all be sitting in front of a computer like a big lump of organic mush. Give a kid an electric toy and the thinking is done for him, give him confidence and access to power tools and he’ll take over the world! Oh if you get your cleaning in by 9AM they’ll have it out by 5PM. Don’t buy the bubblegum in the gum machine, it tastes like rubber.
